First, let me start by complimenting the customer service when I first sent a message to Yelp requesting information. Daniel responded to my request within 30 minutes. I sent numerous emails with different "what-ifs" and "what abouts", and Daniel responded promptly, answering all of my questions. I received confirmation of my order online and Daniel made sure that I received it. Second, payment was super easy. I paid the down payment and then the full amount about 7 days before the party. There was no hassle about payment...I received a confirmation and receipt of payment promptly online. Third, the day of the party, the guys who came to set up were super friendly. They asked me where I wanted it set up at the park we were located at...asking if I was satisfied before staking the bounce house down. The bounce house itself was super clean and looked brand new. There was a huge side window netting so we could see the kids playing inside at all times. The guys were back promptly at the scheduled pick up time.
