Despite previous requests, we are still dealing with a bedbug infestation that requires immediate professional treatment. In addition, there is a power outlet in the apartment that needs repair and may present a safety hazard. These issues are especially concerning because children reside in the home. The bedbug problem is affecting our family's comfort and well-being, and the electrical issue raises legitimate safety concerns that should be addressed without further delay. We respectfully request that apartment management arrange for prompt bedbug extermination services and repair the defective power outlet as soon as possible. To get your "part" of the application fee you have to wait 1 month. In the meantime, we are searching for an apartment and would like to know the reason for denial so we know how to proceed. It was as useless dealing with their background check company as it was with them. I would suggest to anyone applying to get ALL requirement guidelines so that you know what to expect.

When you have an issue with your apartment don't expect to get it fixed. Same cabinet door was broken from the moment we moved in regardless of the countless times we put in a maintenance request and they state it was fixed. When my wife and I signed our lease rent was $1645 a month but shortly after 2 months we were paying almost $2,000. They talk about security but the doors were constantly broken, elevator broke down as well, washer and dryer never worked (so much for a brand new place). To park in the front row you had to pay an additional $65 a month or your car would be towed. On top of all this I have never felt so violated, we get an email stating they are letting a stranger into our home for an inspection. They do not mention what the inspection is for, they do not tell you a time they would be doing this inspection in case you want to be home for it. They do not tell you if anyone even came. I purchased cameras just for this incident and the man comes in looks around my house and walks out. Never seen this man around the apartment before. And a little advice for you considering moving into those apartment. Many people have cut there lease short. They prefer to pay extra fees to get out of this place. Once we were settled in we noticed that the breezeway, pool area, grill/fire pit area were not really being kept clean. We had brought this to the attention of office staff and we were told that they were currently understaffed, but, things would be getting better. Well, it definitely has not! The breezeway is FILTHY and there is paint (a very large area) peeled off the wall. There are community rules to follow, but, they are NOT enforced! Some residents have parties in the grill are with more then two guests, they bring more then two guests to the pool, children are unattended in the pool, string thong bikinis are wore at the pool, adults bring drinks into the pool, adults play loud music at the pool and grill area, etc. This is NOT luxury living and it has been a HUGH disappointment living here!
