Paid for expedited shipping. Still hasn't shipped after six days. No response to emails I've sent. Update: Oh, my. Take a look at the responses from this business here and on Google Reviews. The response I received here is a sampling of the tense tone and gaslighting you will see in their various responses to any unfavorable reviews. It's worth a look. As for their "response" to my email, no. There have still not been responses to my two emails inquiring why, six days later, the UPS status says "We do not have your package" as noted below in the picture. The only emails I received were of the order being received and processed within an hour or so after ordering, and then a less-than-professional email upset about my 1 star review. Nothing in between. The owners of this business have a lot to learn about how to treat and respond to customers. My experience and their response to me is small potatoes compared to the snide and tactless responses others have received on Google Reviews and here on Yelp. And I paid $10.99 to expedite a sweater I may or may not have the day of the event. The original communication said I would have it yesterday. Now they say Friday. Yikes. Online Store: I ordered 3 dresses that were labled as 100% cotton. Most stores specifiy if the lining is anything else. I decided to email them and verify that the lining is 100% cotton as well since the website just states that the dress is 100% cotton and lined. 2/3 of my dresses had non-cotton lining. I asked to get those returned and still took the third dress that was cotton. I wear cotton dresses daily, If this dress is 100% cotton then it's a bad quality cotton. It feels like a weird tent material?? I do appreciate that the workers went through the warehouse to find the dresses I was asking about and send me the information on the lining. Maybe if you don't care about specific material and just want something cute this store might work for you, but if you want 100% cotton it's too much of a headache. read more

Visited store in November. An employee brought some new coats onto the floor. I asked price and was told it wasn't in system. I asked if they could find out or call someone as I was interested in buying it. Was told they didn't know and wouldn't know until the next week. We were only visiting that day. I was also told they didn't have anything to fit one of my granddaughters. We actually found a sweater. There lack of customer service caused out group of 10 people to not want to make purchases. Sales associates wearing items for purchase during their shift and then returning merchandise to the shelf with the expectation that customers pay full price, I think not. Return policy is very restrictive with a 10 day grace period and no in-store credit or exchange. Small town, small minded.... read more

This is a review for their online store as I can't seem to leave a review for them specifically anywhere. I would not recommend shopping with them online! I ordered a $110 dress for my friend's wedding and when it arrived it was such poor quality, the bow was stitched on crooked, the bust area gapped weird and did not match the online measurements among other things. I went to return it to find they only give out store credit for online returns. I have no desire to purchase anything else from them as the quality was so poor. This tells me they know they do not provide good quality pieces and they only way they can make money is by refusing to refund money. At the very least they should have their return policy listed when you make a purchase. Now I'm out $110. read more

Not sure why this boutique has a single bad review! Their selection is 10/10 and clothes are great quality! The return policy is very fair if you've ever worked in retail. Things go fast so small businesses don't get to hold the same return policy as your big stores and companies! The girls working are always friendly and helpful! Caroline is the sweetest! This is by far my favorite small retail boutique in Georgia. The quality and selection is unmatched and I always enjoy the shopping experience both in store and online. We walked in ready to dress shop for a dance, and the girl immediately said "we close in 30 minutes" while she ran the vacuum all around our feet. We received no greeting or help during our experience. I get the timing wasn't ideal, but the lack of interest in our presence and tripping over the vacuum cord was unbelievable. We found items, but having zero customer service, we left without spending a dime. I would not return or recommend. read more

After working years in retail I received awful customer service due to a lack of inclusive sizing. As a first time shopper and online shopper at that I expected to be treated with equity and was met with a refusal to equitable services. Would not recommend. read more

I LOVE Juliana's boutique! They have the cutest selections and the staff is AMAZING! I'm always greeted with a smile, they're eager to help and have super fast shipping online. The store is setup for very easy browsing. I love that they have pairings put together to make shopping even easier for those of us who don't enjoy the headache of choosing an outfit. Went for the first time today. I will return. Great selection. I purchased an outfit (cute shirt and cropped pants,& cute dress) and the staff was very friendly. I'm visiting from Atlanta and when we return to BR, I will return. They also gave me the option to return my items within 10 days if I was not happy with the way the items fit ( I didn't have time to try the clothing on). Keep in mind this is a boutique! If you're looking for cheaply made clothes and something everyone will have then I suggest the Walmart down the road. If you want great quality clothing and something unique and very fashionable, please come here! read more

Terrible customer service I was in town for a rafting trip and did a little shopping in this beautiful town. I bought two bracelets at Juliana's, spending over $77. The first time I wore one of the bracelets, the very next week, it broke. I called and spoke to an associate, and told her about the issue, and advised her that I still have my receipt and would like a replacement or a refund. She admitted she would have to speak to the manager and call me back. This same scenario went on for several weeks, talking with different associates including Emily and Victoria. I requested the owner reach out to me and I was always given an excuse as to why they could not talk to me or why my request for a refund could not be granted (owner out of town, no longer have that style bracelet, etc.) Needless to say, nobody has ever contacted me back as they promised and I still have a broken bracelet. I will not shop there again. Very poor and disappointing experience. read more
