Maybe you would sell more rocks if you were nice to people. Went in to ask a simple question and was met with rude attitude. When someone says can I ask a question...the appropriate response isn't "maybe" followed by more rude attitude. How about greet a customer with kindness? Sitting there on your phone not paying attention and seeming annoyed by a customer is not a way to sell products. As a rock collector I was excited to add to my collection especially since I drove two hours to visit this particular store and am extremely let down by the experience I just had. You never know what someone is going through or how they might have just been looking forward to visiting your shop then to be treated so poorly just really messes up the whole day. Pezrok is a one-of-a-kind store found in the quaint town of Blue Ridge. Located on Main Street, next to the General Store. They have the primary shop in the front & another shop, more focused on furnishing, outback. They offer hundreds of different SKU's & are frequently acquiring fresh original pieces. The jewelry is chic, the all-natural centerpieces are beautiful & the furniture is astonishing! This company connects products from overseas to the locals in North Georgia. This place is unique. It's filled with rocks, gems, jewelry and more. I bought a nice sized piece of tiger eye for a reasonable price. The other items that are pretty neat are the marble stone sinks and pieces of carved teak in the back part of the store. If you want to take your rustic cottage bathroom or kitchen to the next level, then you may have found your spot. Some of the teak goods are priced high so be aware of that. The man working up front was incredibly rude and disrespectful to our entire group. His attitude reflected that of a person who feels like you've entered their home uninvited. At one point two people in our group went onto the patio to look at the outdoor furniture (there is a sign on the door inviting you to come look at the furniture). He angrily walked outside and accused them of moving the chain blocking the stairs (they didn't touch it) and intensely stared at them while pointing to the door. He waited for them to come inside and then slammed the door. My entire group and I left and told him that that was un-necessary and that he could have said that kinder. He smarted off at us and then mumbled something under his breath. I genuinely have no idea how this place is still in business with customer service like this. We were treated very poorly by the man working in the store on the upper level. He was very rude and aggressive to us.

I enjoyed shopping here. The staff was so friendly. We were welcomed by a nice young man with longer hair that was very knowledgeable about the products. He instructed me and my friend on how to pick a food geode and helped us crack it. It was beautiful! Customer service 10/10. read more

I would not shop at this store. Very rude employees/owners. They have no idea whether their dealing with a local or a tourist. I was told not to drop honey on the wood and after I told the man it was a straw he ignored. No sorry for confusion so I walked out while my dad explained they were losing a sale. I then went upstairs to their other store which was worse. An insult on my intelligence when the man said we don't allow drinks and that's pretty close. I'm furnishing a 5000 square foot house and needed somthing from store which my dad put back on shelf. I own two successful businesses and would fire all three employees that disrespectful. I have been recently contacted from one of the people that rudely talked to me and basically call me a liar and that their policy is on door. It says drinks idiots not a straw. Best would have been an apology instead of a fight. Stay far away there's another store down the road with same stuff! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. The store manager was highly aggressive in communicating that we all needed to wear a mask. My entire party was wearing a mask when walking in the store. I pulled down my mask for a second to eat something and the manager yelled at me. And said He would refuse business if we didn't wear a mask. I understand we are in a pandemic and I respect the policy of wearing masks. But there is a way to say it. I promptly left because this is not how you speak to paying customers. Shame on you!!!!! read more

As soon as we walked in the front door an employee yelled at us from the other end of the store that we either need to put on masks or avoid ALL of HIS customers. There were other people in the store without masks and there are much better ways to request someone wear a mask besides calling them out in front of other customers from across the store. We immediately turned around and left and continued our trip around Blue Ridge visiting all of the other stores with a much friendlier staff. read more
