The response I received here is a sampling of the tense tone and gaslighting you will see in their various responses to any unfavorable reviews. It's worth a look. As for their "response" to my email, no. There have still not been responses to my two emails inquiring why, six days later, the UPS status says "We do not have your package" as noted below in the picture. The only emails I received were of the order being received and processed within an hour or so after ordering, and then a less-than-professional email upset about my 1 star review. Nothing in between. The owners of this business have a lot to learn about how to treat and respond to customers. My experience and their response to me is small potatoes compared to the snide and tactless responses others have received on Google Reviews and here on Yelp. And I paid $10.99 to expedite a sweater I may or may not have the day of the event. The original communication said I would have it yesterday. Now they say Friday. Yikes. Buyer and reviewer beware.

I decided to email them and verify that the lining is 100% cotton as well since the website just states that the dress is 100% cotton and lined. 2/3 of my dresses had non-cotton lining. I asked to get those returned and still took the third dress that was cotton. I wear cotton dresses daily, If this dress is 100% cotton then it's a bad quality cotton. It feels like a weird tent material?? I do appreciate that the workers went through the warehouse to find the dresses I was asking about and send me the information on the lining. Maybe if you don't care about specific material and just want something cute this store might work for you, but if you want 100% cotton it's too much of a headache.

They have the primary shop in the front & another shop, more focused on furnishing, outback. They offer hundreds of different SKU's & are frequently acquiring fresh original pieces. The jewelry is chic, the all-natural centerpieces are beautiful & the furniture is astonishing! This company connects products from overseas to the locals in North Georgia. When someone says can I ask a question...the appropriate response isn't "maybe" followed by more rude attitude. How about greet a customer with kindness? Sitting there on your phone not paying attention and seeming annoyed by a customer is not a way to sell products. As a rock collector I was excited to add to my collection especially since I drove two hours to visit this particular store and am extremely let down by the experience I just had. You never know what someone is going through or how they might have just been looking forward to visiting your shop then to be treated so poorly just really messes up the whole day.
