Hands down the best donut shop around - they even have Boba drinks and the freshest kolaches! Julia's is always a treat to visit

I believe her name is Josephina, she is the Hispanic woman that works there most days and she is just the best person, she understands efficiency and she runs that place like clockwork. I don't know how she figured my name but she greets me. I can now call in and she answers telling me my order. She's amazing. One time I got Voicemail and they called me and told me my order is ready and waiting knowing that I must be enroute if I called. Good stuff. read more

I have been to all three. Not all items in the display cases have prices between the three locations. Oftentimes, their tv-menu screens are not working. Prices are not consistent between the three locations. Many times I have seen their 'cooks' not wearing hair nets. Have seen the owners bring supplies, once in a Lexus, another time in a Tesla truck. Good morning Yelpers! I just found this great little place! Just had a coffee and 2 doughnuts for under 5$ bucks! Why would you go anywhere else? The coffee was surprisingly good! Nobody roasts their own coffee bean in Lake Jackson so all the places taste the same! Here at Julia's the coffee is nice and smooth with a great finish! I love that you can call and request a particular donut like chocolate cover with peanut sprinkles on top and they will make it for you within 30mins. There are so many donuts to choose from plus burritos, kolaches, and boba drinks. Their boba is not the greatest but the drinks are good and the donuts are excellent (fluffy with a chew, not doughy). Their kolaches are good too with unique flavors, not salty. So glad they exist in this small town! Only down side is they close at 1pm. read more

I did not get food I paid for and some of the food I got was wrong. when I called to get my money back for food paid for not received I was told they don't do that. I explained that if I can't get refund then I should get product but no longer had anyway to get there and was hung up on. I called back and asked for them to deliver my food since it does say order delivery and was told. what do you want me to do and hung up again. when I was in the store they were rude and distracted when taking my order. as I business owner I would never let my employees treat 1 customer of mine like this. since they don't appreciate my business they will NEVER get it. read more

Went by on Saturday. There were two ladies behind the counter one helped my son who ordered a boba tea. I decided I wanted to order so I approached the counter so the other lady could help me but instead she left. I told her I wanted to order and she said "huh" I repeated myself and she said "huh" again. I repeated myself a 3rd time and she pointed to the young lady helping my son. I said she is helping him, not me. She finally came over to help me. I ordered donuts. I didn't bother to check the box but when I got home and opened the box she didn't give me what I asked for apparently she gave me whatever she wanted to give me. My sons went back on Tuesday, again my son ordered a boba tea but this time the same lady that got my order wrong on Saturday helped my son. She got the order wrong and when he told her she made him another drink that was completely wrong. He brought it to her attention and instead of fixing her error she doubled down and told him that's what he ordered. My son is 11. He paid for the drinks went to the car and told his brother what happened. My other son is 17 he went in to try to fix the problem and the lady told them "that's what he ordered, we have cameras". They came home and told me what happened. I went to Julia's donuts with my 11 yo to get to the bottom of this issue. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Went over the entire situation with her and she dug her heels in saying she didn't get the order wrong and that's what he ordered. Side note, my son orders the same drink 2x a week from Julia's other location in Clute, so he knows what to order and how. I explained this to her and told her she got my order wrong on Saturday too. She wouldn't admit to anything. I told her she was very rude to my sons just because they are kids. I wouldn't have had to come over had she just been respectful to her customers. She tried giving me a refund and when I refused she said "what do you want then" I said I wanted her to apologize to my son for being so rude and she said she wasn't going to do that. She finally fake apologized by saying "I'm sorry you think I got your order wrong". Worst "manager" ever. I will never return to that location. She is rude, obnoxious and dumb, she can't even get an order correct. Julia's Donuts needs to do better and hire qualified managers. read more

The boudin kolaches are outstanding!! Choose between "Regular" and "Spicy". Doughnuts and assorted pastries are consistently good as well. The service is always prompt, efficient and friendly. read more

Wonderful food, drinks, and friendly service! Our area needed a place with this type of kolaches (comparable to kolache factory, or mornings kolaches in Houston), and a place for bubble tea! Highly recommend!!! read more

Some of the best breakfast offerings in lake jackson. The croissant is so yummy! And love the options for drinks
