I came here a few times my first visit was good I actually wrote a review on how much i loved my nails and the man who did them did a amazing job. He was super sweet and treated me to their cookie and water. My opinion didn't change till my 2nd and 3rd visit. I cane in and the owner, I am assuming, shes the owner, very small lady did my nails she started off nice gave me the cookie and water but then all the sudden she became rude, and she did a horrible job she rushed my manicure bcuz another client came in and didnt massage or oil my cuticles. Not even a week later my gel peeled right off so i went back to tell her in hopes she would fix it she did with an attitude she didnt offer the water or cookie this time around and i think her son gave me a 5$ off coupon for my nxt visit so I went back again and got a sweet lady who sits in the back i explained to her i come from 45 min away and my dad lived in the area so when i visit i get my nails done. I was gettin my nails done in my last visit watching the TV and the owner rudly walked all the way from the front of the salon to come turn the TV off it was so weird to me. She said something in her language to every one n they started laughing and kept walking over to my table to watch me get my manicure done. The owner like i said is rude & TRIED to make me uncomfortable probably bcuz i told her my nails were peeling and it was her work. I walked into this place, optimistic that I would get an awesome pedicure. I expected to get pampered, with attention to details since I was the only person in there. I walked out less than 15 minutes later, disappointed!! This nail person who did not introduce herself, was in a crabby mood, apparently distracted, demonstrated signs of irritation with herself, and gave me a pedicure of what I would compare to a 5 year old kid's skill level. When asked why she didn't file, buff, dry, or use a base coat on my nails- her reaction was priceless: fuming mad and she refused to do it! She just applied globs of paint to my nails and skin, then hurriedly rushed me out of there. I paid the full price and included a 18% tip, regardless of the poor service. Nice location, comfortable inside salon. Decent prices and selection. Some communication issues but that could have been my fault. I'm more lost in a nail salon than at a Starbucks, I just don't know the lingo. Wanted to do gel polish, no more acrylic for me, she was about to glue in the tips and add the shellac over my nails and tip. Had to stop her and she got annoyed with me. She was also mad that I asked her to cut my nails short since the acrylic I had previously tore a couple nails off. I didn't want 7 long nails and 3 stubs. Nails look super cute now. Rude & unprofessional.... I wasn't even able to get a service done! I walked in and was not really greeted just stared at. Apparently i was interrupting this TOTALLY empty salon. I said I was looking at the prices for shellac. The woman pointed at the sign I was already looking at. No where on the board did it say the price of shellac so I asked for a menu or brochure. They didn't have any then she told me it would be $20 for shellac. I wanted to take a picture of the prices so I could show my sister so we could possibly plan a spa day but I was quickly and rudely shut down. I was in a way scolded and told I wasn't alowed to photograph anything almost being sent away for even attempting such a thing! ... I'm very sad to be writing a bad review about this place. Heads up this will be somewhat lengthy. I've been coming to this place for around two years now and have never really had any issues, I was a regular and loved the service. I would also like to add that this review has nothing to do with the man that works here, he always does mine perfect. I love him and his sense of humor, he is very aware and makes sure you like everything before you leave. Today I went in for my regular fill and the man wasn't there, the women said he had left early sick and that she would be doing my nails (no big deal). I agreed and started to pick out my color, she proceeded to call the colors I usually get boring and said I should get something more bold. I then said I'd like to do something purple with glitter ombré. To say I am disappointed is even to kind, the nails were absolutely horrific and were the worst acrylics I had ever had. The acrylic was extremely bubbly and thick, uneven around the edges. Then she barely filed them down and the edges were even worse. She proceeded to put a bright purple-pink polish on that was extremely streaky, it might have even been expired. Then she put on the glitter very globby and uneven. I was very, very dissatisfied. I paid and tipped not to be rude. The women has always been very nice to me and even gave me a smoothie and a candy bar once! I just don't recommend her nail skills. I ended up going to Bel Air Nails in Ceres almost immediately after, the man there explained to me exactly what Liz was doing wrong and how they were extremely misshaped. They charged me $20 to change the polish, file, and reshape and I am more than happy with them now. I'm sad to say I will not be returning to this salon, the people are sweet but unless you get the man the nails are horrific. Bel Air Nails is now my new spot. read more

So their pedicure is way to basic for the price they charge! 25 dollars is a lot and waste for what I got here. I could go to another place and get a nice spa package for that price.
