I needed for Christmas. I cancelled order. Kept getting notices they can't cancel and I kept sending to cancel. I finally cancelled my credit card. It is now March 10 and I just notices a charge for the stroller and the shipping which was supposed to be free and never got the stroller. After 1 1/2 hours on phone with credit card company I got my answer. The company somehow found out I had a new credit card and fraudulently used my new card to pay for this stroller I never received. Chase is contesting it, but they told me the company has a special program that can find out you new credit card and number. So much for privacy and what a fraud. Buyer beware.

All the teachers (not just those in his classroom) are so friendly and helpful and really care about their kids. I have never worried that my child wasn't getting everything he needs. That peace of mind is invaluable. We were only planning on being in Aurora for 3-5 years and we're coming up on 4 years here - the only thing stopping us is that we (and our son) are so happy with Young Explorers.

We have come back around and are very pleased with the evaluation process which rated our child on par with the grade he will be going into. This was not aligned with the end of year grades the school provided so we came in quite worried he was behind and had fallen very behind when looking at the grades. However the evaluation gave us peace of mind that he's progressed just fine this year, perhaps just at a slower speed than other students. My point is there are metrics implemented at Sylvan that are not used in school and I think these are also important gauges to help measure academic abilities. We're impressed with the staff and the facility. It's really well done.

After 10 minutes of our conversation, She could not pick time for personal appointment and suggest me call back another day to schedule an appointment. Another day I spoke with somebody else who took a massage for center director , but after that no one called me, I decide to call them again. Center director was not there again and another representative took a massage for her. Since that time I have been waiting already third week.
