Dr. Walden was always so informative, she gave me more information than I even asked for. Sometimes there was a wait, but she was worth it. I imagine she was being just as attentive with other patients so it didn't bother me. Her energy is so confident and yet gentle. I truly wish she could have delivered my second child but I had moved too far away so I ended up with a robot who would force me out after 3 minutes at each appointment. I was sent to her as my other OBGYN is off for holiday - I arrive and she wanted me to see her in her messy, unorganized office not in a normal patient room oddly to tell me I didn't have birth control to remove! She said the wrong birth control and proceeds to waste my time as she wanted to pick up her Vagina replica so she could act like I don't know what a vagina is. Maybe she even had the wrong patient up as I have a a different birth control which is in my arm. Then as I corrected her she needed to again act like she knows it all , but the point of the matter she had no one else in her office, she wanted to refuse service , she actually can't stand being reality checked that she shouldn't mistreat woman, she should be quite and listen to the customer and provide a simple fast service. The worst experience I've ever witnessed an OBGYN especially on a holiday . I hope this woman seeks mental help and Almond network is aware that she should be removed . The dump of a office, the elevator not working, the scam parking attendant and walking up 3 flights was literally the worse experience. My allergy to birth control should never be handled this way I wouldn't trust this woman with my life ! He will ask what he can do for you and then the minute you open your mouth to speak he is already shushing you, arguing with you, looking through his paperwork & asking you to please be quiet. I saw the bad reviews & was wary but insurance referred me so i had 2 visits with him. Walked out traumatized before completing the 2nd one. I was seeking treatment for a very common, yet specific, women's health concern unrelated to perinatal care, so called ahead to make sure it was within Dr. Park's range of care (many OBGYN's do perinatal care only). I was assured it was offered so scheduled a consult & forwarded blood work ordered by the referring Dr. At the apt Dr Park seemed rushed & impatient, didnt let me speak much but seemed to get the gist of why I was there, though he mostly just looked at the bloodwork & wouldn't let me explain my medical history or what the referring doctor had recommended. He then said he would address my concern but had noticed something else (unrelated) on my blood work (that the referring doctor was already addressing & had nothing to do with why I was there) & stated that was more important. Said to follow up with referring doctor first, then come back in 3 months & he would help me then. I tried to explain, in the few short sentences he would let me say, that the referring Dr had already discussed with me & had a treatment plan & followup scheduled. Dr. Park said ok, first complete that followup, & some already requested imaging, & return later. So I agreed & did so. When I came back 3 months later, after following up with the referring Dr & forwarding my imaging results in advance, I was expecting we would finally address my health concern as promised. When I arrived I was asked if I wanted a pelvic exam or if I was just there to consult. I said to consult & go over my imaging results (as we'd discussed at the previous appointment). If, upon discussing my concerns, Dr Park thought a pelvic exam was relevant, I was willing but wasn't sure it was needed so wanted to know the reasoning first. (It's not such a small thing to take off your pants & let strange man examine you without a good reason.) Dr park seemed not to remember at all why I was there & must not have written anything down from our first visit. He asked why I was there, then proceeded to silence & argue with me when I tried to answer. He read through the notes from the referring Dr and angrily demanded "why are you asking so many questions??? Why do you ask questions??? You ask too many questions! We need to do the exam now." I was so confused. The whole point of the appointment was too ask questions. About my own health. Then he told me to get on the table and left the room. The nurse came in & responded to my confusion by telling me "he's just upset because you went to another provider & never got your imaging". I was stunned. I had followed up with referring Dr as Park had requested, had emailed the imaging results & was also holding them in my hand. I tried to show her that I did indeed do the imaging but she said "no you didn't we called the facility and they said you never made an appointment." I said "these are the results right here!" At this point I was in tears. Needless to say I walked out immediately & will never go back. Why men like him choose OBGYN as his field is beyond me but I do not trust him.

We were told about multiple additional tests to perform that were unneeded though pushed on us from both doctors like it was an immediate issue with my wife's health. Issues ranged from * Claiming my wife had an STD when no test results were provided to prove this, Same as other users that have posted this on YELP, It happened to us. * Cysts on ovaries that needed an immediate extraction that ended up becoming extremely costly and QUADRUPLED in the quoted price. * Claimed we needed a full blood workup with ultrasound that were complete non needed. * Anesthesia quoted from LISA a rep for them stating $200 average that resulted in an $800 charge across 3 different Anestesologists: Pace Anesthesia, Point Anesthesia and New Line Anesthesia. 3 different companies yet there was only 1 girl in the room providing the service. They prey on victimizing their patients and lure them into a bunch of false tests that are costly while providing inaccurate results, records to prove this issues and quotes that are no where near correct. They are QUACKS! They provoke you into being scared about assessments you don't have, then trick you into using your insurance to having them resolved here. These people should be investigated. Look at the others reviewing here. It also happened to us here as well. This place was a complete nightmare. We came here because of the YELP reviews but I can assure you we are DEAD ON with our experience. Im convinced they pay for review here or something. We've had excessive and illusive charges to our insurance from this place for services we never had done. We had to call the fraud dept at Blue Shield of CA to validate and invalidate charges and on the phone with Customer Service for many hours throughout the process. Thank God for diligent insurance representatives to represent us effectively so weren't not charged. Don't expect your emails, phone calls, or messages to be returned either. They are not polite here. They claim to be busy and they really aren't. Its sad, preying on the health of others. I found out I was pregnant when I was 12 weeks along and my obstetrician sent me to the USC Perinatal group for my first trimester screening, which needed to be done ASAP since I was already at the end of my first trimester. Dr. Lee was very patient during my first trimester screening. My baby was not in the prime position for the needed measurements for certain tests. He spent over twenty minutes trying to get my baby in the right position but was not able to (not his fault). He told me to come back after lunch and hope that my baby was in the right position. He took me immediately after I walked in the door and low and behold the baby was in the right position. He took his measurements and printed out some awesome 3-D sonogram pictures for me. His patience really went a long way with me. He really made me feel as though I was important and not a member of the pregnancy herd.
