I truly hate to do this as I attended John Casablancas as a teen, but I don't want this to happen…read moreto anyone else. My son was scouted we did a virtual call for his audition, they said they wanted him and gave the prices and the sales pitch was if you pay up front in total that day before hanging up the call, you have unlimited access to there photographers! They said my son can get as many photo shoots as he wants from the photographers offered in our area. They told us that as soon as he took his first class that he could start getting photo shoots, then upon taking his first class they said not til after 7 classes, then after 7 classes and some back and forth, and me actually calling, we learned that the closest photographer was in another state! So I emailed and requested a full refund because that was totally false advertising! A lady Tracy emailed me back promptly, I was told I would have a full refund....within a two weeks time. Today not even 1/3 of the amount that I paid. Tracy is denying what she told me and there doesn't seem to be anyone else to talk to besides her. Long story short, I wouldn't give John Casablancas any of your money, they are misleading and shouldn't be labeled reputable as they once were

What a scam im glad my sons dreams weren't shattered by these conartists... im sorry I wasn't told UPFRONT about all the money they want!!! I was told 2 weeks after my sons first class money was going to be withdrawn from my account but THEY TOOM MONEY THE DAY BEFORE!!! I hate liars and always will and now I'm being refused a refund when my son wasn't able to take ANY CLASS OR USE ANY SERVICES because I told them I needed to cancel out because of my job now I'm down money I really needed for bills and they take it all even though my son hasn't had anything from them at all!!! That's not fair!! I hate how companies prey on poor people and then screw them over when they want to.. its just disgusting!!

I found Kim Childs by doing a Google Search for Life Coaches near me. I had been floundering for a…read morefew years, and grew to be very unhappy with the stagnation in my life after the COVID-19 pandemic. My husband's coworker talked about how he had worked with a life coach in middle age to help him figure out his next steps after an intercontinental move to the US. I read Kim's website and noticed she was associated with Kripalu, is a former yoga instructor, and I was intrigued. I read a bit of her blog and decided to email to set up an introductory phone call. I felt like we connected on the call. She was lighthearted, but helped me move forward with action items in just that one phone call. Before our first meeting, I was really nervous. I didn't know what she would be like in person (I can pick up on other people's energy very easily), but I was soon at ease as I realized she is a kind and thoughtful person, who is also joyful and positive. She is spiritual, and educated, with an "East Meets West" style of coaching. During my three months working with her I explored more opportunities than I have in a decade on my own. Having biweekly meetings held me accountable, but gave me time in between sessions to accomplish our collaboratively created goals. If I didn't accomplish everything, that was fine. We would discuss what I didn't do and decide whether to add it to the next to do list or drop it. She taught me how to better read my intuition when making decisions, and to clear negative beliefs that were holding me back. I now have a path forward to explore several interests, and I have the tools Kim taught me to use along the way. She also referred me to an amazing acupuncturist/reiki master when I expressed interest in energy healing (this alone was worth a million dollars). Working with Kim for three months has been more effective in changing my life than five years of therapy. I urge anyone who is on the fence to take the leap and explore whether she is a good fit. The worst that will happen is she's not the right fit for you; the best that will happen is Kim Childs will change your life!

I was feeling stuck in a rut and googled Life Coaches in my area when Kim popped up. Her bio spoke…read moreto me (I adore The Artist's Way!), and as amazing as she sounded in Yelp reviews...she's even better in person (or zoom as the case may be!) It sounds cliche, but we worked together for 6 weeks and it totally turned me around in a better direction. If you are really ready to work at making a change in your life, Kim is an incredible guide - warm, creative, empathetic and full of great ideas. The best investment I could make in myself!

I cannot recommend this program strongly enough! Shannon helps you be what you want to be. I am the…read moresame person I was before her program - yet simultaneously completely different. I had been on an exhaustive 10-year career search, looking for a position that fit others' expectations of where I should be next . . . Not realizing that the career I was already making for myself, was most closely aligned with my values, beliefs, and desire to live a balanced, yet well-paid life that puts my happiness, and presence for my children first. (As Shannon put it, I am like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz - in that I didn't need to "look any further than my own back yard.") I wanted clarity over the future direction of my career, and to get to where I want to be. This goal was met due to the expert advice of Shannon. My product and brand has been strengthened, and I am much more mindful and intentional about the career decisions I make. Shannon listens, then reminds you what you said is important to YOU, rather than fit you into a cookie-cutter program. I wholeheartedly recommend the Whole U. process.

I'd hire a professional to fix my car, or operate on my heart... so I'd certainly hire a pro to guide my way to my new career. Working with Shannon helped me set up a road map to reach my goal. I learned how to: write a 21st-century resume, re-do my LinkedIn page, and I learned (again) that there's no time like the present to start the first step toward my goal. I learned that my goal isn't ridiculous and could actually provide a huge benefit to people. I really appreciate the holistic approach to Whole U. advising services. Everything in this world is interconnected, whether one believes that in a spiritual or scientific way, and one's career is not excluded from that.
