Kellan was super friendly and let us know his availability today. We took the first available after his current client. My friend received a text message confirmation after we booked the walk in appointment. The wash & dry took about 30 and my friend got a notification to pay online right when they were done. It was so quick and convenient. The salon is super clean and well organized. There are plenty of products for you to pick up on the go if you needed to re-up or want to try new snacks. We were worried she would get freaked out with the dryer but she did great and loved the heat from the dryer. Whitney was returned to us smelling heavenly and feeling super soft! -complete with little bows!No longer a dirty poopie trail doxie! She was so relaxed and happy!

Oh- and she won't tell you up front, but she charges the same price wether she comes once a day or twice. that seems totally illogical to me, and also something that should be mentioned up front. Typical small town BS- there's no competition here so customer service really doesn't matter. where else are you gonna go? save the $40 a day and just have a friend come feed your dog for heavens sake.

I recently boarded an animal for over a week. Their boarding area isn't large so they can provide attention to their guests. Berta and the staff were great with my critter who hates to be boarded. Their prices are notably good. Berta is olde, not old school: if you call her "ma'am" she might say something untoward. I HIGHLY recommend Pampered Pooches.

As for all the sensitive pandas on here and other sites complaining about her personality..grow some thicker skin and get over it. She is a dog person and loves dogs. Not everyone is going to be your cup of tea but that's no reason to trash a business online. Our interactions with her were genuine and fun. We were looking for a new groomer & we got lucky enough to get one here the next day after we…read morecalled. It was our first time here today and I'm so happy the way my baby turned out! Drop off @ 7:30 , got called to pick up @ 9 am. I was surprised at how fast they finished her up! The ladies in the front were very sweet & nice. They did well with accommodating my requests such as keeping her fur like a puppy cut and no bows because this silly girl does not like them. We will definitely be coming here again for our next haircut!
