While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. BEWARE! Save you money and your vacation…read more We had initially booked a vacation rental home months prior to our trip and paid in full ($3500) including all security deposits). A few weeks prior to our arrival, we were told the house had been sold and our reservation was cancelled. If we wanted to keep it, we would have to extend our stay for 1 whole week. We didn't have that kind of time for our vacation. The representative handling the reservation, Mary Djavaherian, did not return any of our emails. We simply asked that the owners/representatives hold up their end of the bargain and stick to our rental contract. No response. Not leaving enough time for us to find a fitting alternative for our group, we had to cancel our vacation. Renter beware! Good luck...
