Kim was helpful to get me scheduled immediately. In addition, she was always very welcoming. I was assigned Bridget as my therapist. Bridget was very thorough and patient. I was impressed in how observant she was to my progress and carefully paced my program. I was being treated for Vestibular trauma. Who knew there was treatment for dizziness/vertigo symptoms? I went in to therapy hopeful but skeptical. I couldn't believe how much better I felt early on in my treatment. Bridget was so caring and it is obvious she knows her stuff! What I also enjoyed was that she thoroughly explained every task and treatment along with the ultimate goal. She would even say "studies have shown...", which I appreciated! I cannot say enough about my experience at Kessler. While I did not work directly with the other therapists, my interactions with them were always positive. The therapists are fully engaged and attentive to my exercises (therapy). I had been managing a shoulder injury for 3 years by taking an anti-inflammatory regularly (my previously therapy at another PT office was a waste of time and money). After four weeks of therapy at Kessler, I am able to work a full day and rarely need to use an anti-inflammatory. Angelo, my therapist is attentive to my progress, he answers all my questions and always explains each exercises. He is a credit to his profession and an asset to Kessler. I could not be more pleased with my progress, or more or more grateful to Kessler for the respect they show their patients by the quality of their employees. Thank you for your time.

It wasn't until I went to another company that I received a call and an offer for treatment the same day from William. He apologized. But that doesn't change the fact that now I am a week behind in my treatment from a fractured arm. I would avoid an unprofessional and irresponsible company that allowed its therapist to behave in such a manner. Saying he would reach out to a patient two days in a row, and fail to do so until AFTER, I searched elsewhere.

Dr. Caryn McAllister has become my families rock star. My children were having some issues that the…read moreschool brought to our attention. Their pediatrician also mentioned that they would need some extra work at home with specialists. I was referred to High Quality Home Therapy. I was skeptical at first because I live in Oxford and they are located in Stamford. That's quite a hike to travel and a bunch of traffic both ways! I was pleased to find out that I was able to have all the therapy and other services performed at my home. They ALL came to me. What a relief! My three children were provided with amazing services. I thought they would see all three for up to 45 minutes, but I was wrong. They saw each for a full 60-90 minutes each. My youngest has the most services as he struggled during COVID in school and needed special tests and a different course of therapy. He received two or three therapists/specialists twice per week. Everything was arranged by Dr. McAllister herself. I told her when the kids had time and she asked when would be convenient and I said please give me a schedule that works best with her staff. She said thank you and gave me a schedule right aways. She worked with my insurance, more like twisted their arm to get me the services my three children needed. I couldn't believe that my insurance initially told me they would not cover anything by three separate letters, however, after she worked behind the scene I received a letter for 20 approved sessions per therapist and specialist and all the additional testing my children required. When my kids required additional sessions she was able to get the insurance company to approve additional sessions, beyond what is in my plan...amazing. I've never seen such dedication and passion from any medical professional. My three boys are all doing better. My youngest has made huge improvements. All of this is because of Caryn McAllister. I think the best surprise was one of the therapists was a former student of mine. What a treat to see how one of my former students has succeeded and she kept telling me how much she loves her boss and company. It made me feel so good about working with High Quality Home Therapy. I only had one issue and it was with my insurance company where they refused to cover one service. I fought hard to challenge it. Dr. McAllister had my back and then she told me that they won't bill me for it again. I was very impressed. It did take a while for the bill to get taken care of. About a month later I found out that Dr. McAllister was not able to get the bill approved and removed from my obligation. She took care of it. I don't know specifics but I didn't have to pay for that bill. Wow. I know that her patients also appreciate and actually care for her. I am also a Driver Rehabilitation Specialist and have met many patients of hers and they all say wonderful things about the service they receive and level of care and detail. I can't believe I didn't write this review sooner. If anybody in my family requires therapy in the future we certainly will use only Dr. Caryn McAllister.

Our family absolutely loves Speech and Hearing Associates. Their entire staff is caring,…read moreprofessional, and great at what they do. My daughter came at 18 months with a very big speech delay. She understood every word but her expression was on a 9 month level. The office manager Jackie was incredibly helpful scheduling an evaluation even though we had to work with snow storms and my daughter being sick too. She has also been top notch filing all the claims with insurance. Jackie is also the nicest office manager and seriously runs a tight ship! Our therapist is Francesca and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. From the first session she was so warm, full of energy, and determined to help my daughter express herself and communicate with us. Francesca has gone above and beyond as well. She has met with our Early Intervention specialist after office hours and reached out to our preschool teachers as to how they can effectively get my daughter to talk more. Francesca has built up my daughters confidence so she feels better talking to us and others outside of our home. We are so thankful for all the work she puts in each week and how much she also challenges my daughter to work harder at speech. We are so glad to have found a great speech practice to bring our daughter to.
