The phone rang twice, and Will answered. He was calm, professional, and immediately put me at ease. He placed me on a brief hold, and within moments, he confirmed that Amber was available to help us. I was so relieved! Amber arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful. She is dynamic, talented, and has such a warm demeanor. She created beautiful face paintings for all the kids and even some of the adults! Her skill and patience with each design made the day extra special for everyone. I hired DMV Bounce for my 40th birthday event, and all aspects went smoothly---from the initial phone and text convos on all logistics and details and contract signing, to text and communication in the weeks leading up to the event, to the event itself. I had concessions (snow cones, popcorn, and cotton candy), blow-up carnival-style games, and a dunk tank, which was a humongous hit with adults and kids alike. DMV Bounce truly amplified the entertainment value at the event and made the day incredibly special and memorable, with guests raving about how much they enjoyed it! Setup and takedown were a cinch, and Rick was a fantastic entertainer and a great sport about being the person to dunk! An overall great company; don't hesitate to hire them. That…read moreultimately didn't happen as they charged as much for delivery fees as they wanted for the actual moon bounce, suddenly doubling the cost right as I went to book it. This year I decided to have another look, and Bruno's popped onto the radar with a search. They had the moon bounce I wanted, despite me booking with about two weeks notice, at a great price and without some ridiculous mark up for delivery on top of the rental fee. They were quick to respond, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The drop-off happened several hours earlier than we had requested, which gave my son a couple of hours of fun before his party, and pick-up was prompt. The guys setting it up were fast and courteous. The kids had a great time, and I had a great experience. I would rent a moon bounce from them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

They not only were ON TIME (I swear, this very rarely happens these days....), but they were extremely fast with set up and did not distract us while we were trying to do our own decorations/set up.
