Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. From start to finish, working with this company was a nightmare. Communication was virtually nonexistent. While I was aware they might arrive the day before the event, they gave no heads-up or confirmation--just showed up unannounced and only called when they were already at my front door. Thankfully, I happened to be home. Otherwise, they would've dropped the inflatable wherever they felt like. Even though I gave them clear instructions on where to place it, they ignored me and set it up in the wrong spot. When I asked them to move it, they said they couldn't--it was too heavy--and only had two people on the job. Then, without asking or informing me, they plugged one of the blowers into my neighbor's outlet. They told me the blowers needed to stay on for over 24 hours (until the event) because the inflatable was top-heavy and might not reinflate properly. That is absolutely unreasonable and a huge liability concern. Pickup was just as bad. They were two days late and again showed up with just two people who couldn't move the inflatable. Instead of calling for backup, they dragged it into my wild grass so my lawn service could mow--completely flattening that part of my yard in the process. Then they left it there for another full day. When they finally came back, they again brought only two people, had to call for two more, and it took them over an hour and a half to get it off my property. The complete lack of professionalism and communication was outrageous. I had to make multiple phone calls just to get basic updates. At no point did they take responsibility or show even a shred of proactiveness. I will never use this company again, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. Tricky tricky review. My son had a wonderful time! And for just under $7 it's hard to complain, I'm sure he would give it 5 stars. However, everything else deserves 1 star. Jump City is located in a warehouse, a sketchy looking one at that in an odd location. When you walk in, you need to sign a waiver... which is hand written in gel pen on a piece of notebook paper. Really? You can't just print some typed waivers? Ok so we paid, adults are free which is nice. Then you go in to a very, VERY dimly lot warehouse with a bunch of bouncy house inflatables. Wear socks! No bare feet allowed! Although I seriously doubt the 1 staff member outside would notice. The kids run around and have a great time. There's a bench to sit on for parents. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING! My son had to go potty and I walked in and decided just to throw a diaper on him. I bet the potty chairs haven't ever been wiped down. So gross. But, all sketchy and grossness aside, my son DID have a lot of fun, and for $7 it's hard to beat. Most child attractions in and around the city cost a lot more. It's a great way to kill 2 hours. I wish they had more open jump times instead of just 2 days a week for 2 hours. We will be back, but I will be making him use the potty before getting there and bring lots of hand sanitizer. read more

Hosted a birthday party here a while back. Teenager staff was less than helpful or enthusiastic. We cleaned the room very well but never received the $50 deposit that was promised if all went well. Visited the Brainerd location. There for 20 minutes. Older kids way too rough. Only employee there was a teenager. An adult pushed the side of the slide and body slammed my 6 year old son into the other side of the slide. I asked for my money back, but the only way I could request it was to leave a message for the owner that never called me back. I would never take my kids there again. read more

We will not pursue services again from Jump City. This was our second year renting and the inflatable was extremely dirty and full of ticks. It was noted in our contract to lay down a tarp under the inflatable and for the second year it was not done. When I called and informed them that again a tarp was not placed underneath I was told they would come back and they never did. Our grass was destroyed last year due to this as well. Also, there was no communication as to when the inflatable would be dropped off and picked up. For spending almost $500 two years in a row, I would have expected at the very least standard service. I am a patient and easy going person which is why we gave the company a second chance this year but again the service and product was very poor and I would not recommend this company! When I called the company regarding the poor service and product two years in a row they did not make it right nor did they care. This place is great. It's a bunch of bouncy houses in a large building. The amenities for grown ups are nice and the kids love it. Amazing prices as well. Awesome place to wear out the kiddos with unlimited jumping in a dozen or so bouncy houses. read more

We visited Brainerd location. We've been there before and kids loved it. Now 3 of the 5 bouncy houses are the same....bounce area, basketball hoop and slide. The cool obstacle course has been replaced with a toddler obstacle course. This location is now more for toddlers. read more

Customer service seemed great at first but overall disappointed with this company. I specifically ordered a gender neutral bounce house for my boy/girl twins birthday. The company called the day of drop off and informed us the bounce house would be a pink/purple/blue (totally girly) instead of the red/yellow bounce house that was originally ordered. The company told us they would discount us for the mix up on their part. Well, I never got a discount that was promised and had a 4 year old boy that was upset because the bounce house was for his sister and not him. read more
