We would recommend Tiff, quality pictures and easy to talk to/work with. She was great with our twins. You get more quality of pictures than pay for, usually a great deal. Just a few pieces of feedback. 1. From the other reviews on Google, the pictures do tend to come back slower than other photographers. If you are patient and can wait 6-12 weeks for your pictures to be returned to you, Tiff was able to turn around our pictures in 6 weeks. 2. The photo studio was in her home, which was nice. However the space heater was on since it was mid-winter and I swore my significant other and I thought we were going to pass out. I'd recommend at least putting a love seat in the studio and suggesting small breaks to get some fresh air. It's tough to sit on the floor or small fold up ladder for 2-4 hours. 3. To add to the home studio experience, it would be great for Tiff to add a water machine or offer water during the shoot. We were told 2 hours but the shoot last just a little over 4 hours with twin baby boys. We were soo thirsty when we left, we never go to McDonald's but our first time ever, we stopped by the nearest McDonald's just to get some water. I know we could have asked, but it would have also been courteous for her to offer water or have her to recommend to bring your own water and even a small snack. The timeliness in the return of our pictures and our less than desired experience in the studio was the reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. Again, I'd still recommend Tiff. read more

Communication = 0 Customer service = 0 Photos = Who knows! Still haven't received them after a 6 week wait from our Fall Mini session 10/19/2019 and was told it would be a 2 week turn around. After multiple, multiple attempts to contact, the one time she did respond was just excuses with how busy she was and how she "hoped" to be caught up on mini-sessions that week (November 18). Maybe one shouldn't take on so much that they can't actually give what they promised. I had wanted these photos to use for holiday cards, but here it is 2 days before December 1st and that won't be happening this year. Would never utilize or recommend this photographer again, sadly. :( read more

My long and honest review: A friend shared a post about a mini Christmas photoshoot session on FB. I took the time to look through the pictures on FB to see what kind of work the photographer did and was happy to see that the photos she took of families were very beautiful and professional so I was very excited to book a session. I also emailed her asking if she works with newborns and I'm so glad she does since I recently became a new mom and wanted an official family picture. After looking at the pictures showing the beautiful Christmas set up, I convinced my husband to agree to a family photoshoot. The photo session is set for 15 mins but we felt rushed during our time there. We were there for less than 10 mins and only did 3 poses as a family and a single shot of my 2 month old. The pictures were promised within a 48-hr turnaround time but that didn't happen. I checked the FB page and there was a post with names of people that will be receiving their photo galleries after the promised time frame but I didn't see my name or initials on that post so I messaged the photographer and even texted her to see if it was a mistake that I didn't see my name on the update but she never replied. I don't mind receiving our photo gallery after the promised time because I understand that editing is time consuming and there must've been a lot of families who did the photoshoot but it would've been nice to at least get some sort of update because I didn't receive my photos yet and my name wasn't on the list either so I didn't know if I'll even get my photos. Thankfully I received the photo gallery 3 business days after the photoshoot. Looking through the gallery, I realized that most of our photos showed us looking at our baby instead of the camera, and one of the poses that we were really looking forward to (standing up) showed my baby's head leaned way back. It would've been nice if the photographer suggested us to hold our baby's head a little higher up since we can't see how the pose looked like from the angle she was taking the pictures from. The photographer's attention to detail would've been nice but again, our session felt so rushed. The photoshoot allowed us to choose 10 photos and honestly, there weren't any that we really liked. We ended up choosing 3 of my baby's solo shots, 3 of my husband and I looking at the camera (1 where baby's crying, and the other of baby yawning), and 4 of my husband and I looking at our baby (1 where baby's head is leaned back and looking really uncomfortable). I understand that babies don't cooperate most of the time during photo shoots but I trusted the photographer who took amazing photos of other babies to take her time with us and wanted our photos to turn out amazing too but we felt rushed and there were no directions on how to pose. Now I keep thinking about the intro on the website about paying way too much for only a few photos because I feel the same way about the photo shoot and the photos we received. I do plan on purchasing more photo sessions from this photographer in the future because I like her work but I will have to be mindful of the poses with my baby, the photo session timing, and the lack of communication because the mini Christmas session for my family was disappointing. read more
