The thing I loved the most is the virtual tour that you can choose instead of a physical walk. What you see on that screen is EXACTLY what is in that building. The room was spacious. The owner and property manager were fantastic. We had a slight issue regarding the AC circulation and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The communication and customer service was impeccable. From the first e-mail and phone call that Shannon and I exchanged to our last text message the day after my wedding, she was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. She knew every detail of our entire wedding weekend, she flawlessly executed my ceremony and venue decor set-ups in concert with our venue's banquet coordinator and she kept our entire bridal party on schedule the entire day. When I would think of something, I would turn to Shannon to say it, but she had already handled it. She had a smile on her face the entire day, and made us feel loved and provided for, as if we were her own family members getting married. But most of all? She took care of OUR MOMs so that they never had to stress or worry about any moment of the big day. I hope someday I have some reason to hire Shannon again. This…read morevenue has had past lives as a synagogue and school and is currently being used for cultural and art events, weddings, and conferences amongst other things. We attended an event called Blue Monday with Jack Civiletto (Chicago Jack) leading the group. Each week has a guest singer. This week it was Rod Nickson. This was followed by an open blues jam session where other local blues musicians are welcome to join in. Reserved seating is recommended with other tables available depending on the crowd. There's limited but good food menu and reasonably priced drink menu. Enjoyable fun night. If you're not into blues (which I love!) You can check their calendar for other option. From my first visit to the most recent it's a 5 Star entertainment venue. We come to listen to the best of the best of Western New York's Blues performers, most of which are in the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame. Our latest visit here was for the 2022 Lafayette Tap Room Reunion party. Anyone that remembers the Tap Room at the Lafayette Hotel on Washington St should remember how Blues nights packed the house. This reunion was the same. Packed with musicians taking turns on stage and music fans filling the venue. There is always a reasonably priced food menu and a fair priced bar. After all, no restaurant can survive with mediocre food that is overpriced along with terrible service! Today I had the absolute worst breakfast ever and that includes the food I cook from home, and I am not a chef! The over easy eggs were so undercooked, they were raw! Everyone at my table either sent them back or simply refuse to eat them. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and lukewarm! Half of my party received their food so late, that first group had completed their meals before the rest received their food. Everyone was so disappointed and angry with the poor quality and the poor service, they ALL vowed to never return there again. If a restaurant can't make a simple breakfast meal in a timely matter without blatant mistakes, then they don't deserve to own and operate a restaurant. The portions were so measly that only one slice of dry toast was served with each breakfast. Attempts were made to speak to the owner and manager about our poor experience but to no avail They were not only rude but extremely hostile. I do like to support local businesses in the community, but I can't patronize a business that has no regard for their customers. Please do yourself and your pocketbook a favor before dining at Manna's and simply eat a bowl of cold cereal at home!
