I discovered this gym, in my search for places that offered drop in spin classes. Spin classes are offered 6AM Tuesday & 6AM Thursday , I believe 5: 30 pm on Tuesday evening as well. The classes are affordable with a low cost of $10, the class size is low, probably since its so early in the morning. Melissa is amazing, and didn't mind taking the extra few minutes to show me how to use the bike, and how everything worked. I love the option of not having a commitment to join the gym, and just being able to drop in for spin classes, as needed. They will help with endurance, skill and building myself up for the Ride for Roswell on June 24, 2023.

I have been to Physical Therapy numerous times in the past years and have never had positive results. Josh however, has zeroed in on my specific needs and has tailored his training sessions for me specifically based on these needs. For the first time in years I feel better balanced, have less pain in my hips and knees - which makes walking actually pleasurable- and generally feel stronger than I have in years. Josh also worked several months with my husband who had severe neck pain and helped him tremendously. This is a trainer I would give 10 stars to if I could. He will specify your training to your needs...he is the real thing! I wish I found him earlier.

We came to Catalyst to workout as a family with our 14 year old daughter. Catalyst now tells us that she can't be our guest b/c other's are abusing the policy. So our membership doesn't count? And now they're giving us the run-around in cancelling our membership. They can take our money in the club when signing up, but somehow can't cancel the membership in the club, sending us into the black hole of their email. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unethical.

I've never had an issue looking for or waiting for equipment that I wanted to use. In addition to group classes and personal training, this location also has a smoothie bar, free wifi, a few TVs to watch while using cardio equipment, and hydromassage chairs! Parking lot seems small for the number of people that come to the gym. I've had issues looking for a spot at night, but didn't have an issue when I went during the day. The ladies locker room is big and I especially like that they have benches around the perimeter of all the lockers. One thing I'm not a fan of though is the see-through showers. I really wish the shower doors weren't transparent.

They gave me an email and number for cancellations and told me to just email to confirm it ended 5/27. I emailed 5/4 and they say they have a 30 day cancellation policy and I will now be charged an extra month which directly contradicts what the front desk employees told me. To make matters worse, I see a $50 charge on my account separate from the $30 monthly fee. I assume it was a cancellation fee but there was no mention of any fee being charged and there shouldn't be one since my contract was up. They do not care about you and only care about getting as much money out of you as possible. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I love that they have lockers with locks in the main workout area (you do need to bring your own lock for the locker room), although currently many of the lockers are broken so I hope they repair them soon. I've taken quite a few good classes here although the classes do tend to get crowded so you really have to show up early to make sure you have a spot. We also enjoy swimming both in the lap pool and with our son in the zero depth pool. The one frustration I have had is with the adventure room. This is a great indoor playground which my toddler son loves. However, unlike the rest of the facilities, it is covered in dust. I worry that if they aren't maintaining this area, not only is it covered in germs from the children, but they may not be regularly inspecting the safety of the structure. Overall, it seems like a safe playspace but anytime you have kids climbing at such high heights, a piece of broken equipment could become a serious danger. I always watch my son closely and check out the equipment myself while he's playing. The other problem with this area is that although there is an app with schedules, it is frequently incorrect when it comes to the adventure room. The open hours for children under five are very limited and as you can imagine, it is very difficult to get a toddler out of the house, bring him to his favorite place only to have to tell him that it is unexpectedly closed. I have brought up this issue to the staff multiple times, but it still has not been addressed. In general, I would say the Y is worth it, especially if you were planning on utilizing all of the facilities
