I cannot recommend this company and won't be using them again. Way better company's out there who are more transparent and don't bait you with a coupon. Learned my lesson.

Which they say was my package but that's not what it says in the details. I've emailed and texted and their responses are lies. Where is the honesty and respect for your customers. We were planning this wedding from out of town and I had a lot of trust on this and I was excited to use this company, but I highly do not recommend using this company. I suggest you find a different rental company.

I recently had to rent some tables and chairs for an event and my experience with Diamond Event &…read moreTent was wonderful. The process of booking my rental online was seamless. I ended up having a question almost immediately after submitting my online request, gave them a call, and they had already started processing my request. Service was super friendly and quick, and I was able to pick up my last minute rental a few days later. When picking up my rental, their staff loaded up my truck for me, which I wasn't expecting! It was super generous of them, and I was so grateful I didn't have to load everything up by myself. The table rentals here are wooden tables, so they're pretty heavy for one person to lift on their own and I was grateful I didn't have to load and unload them alone when picking up/dropping off the rentals. Pick up/drop off was super smooth as well. There's great signage and you just pull around to the side of the building and check in, and they load up the car. I had to book the same rental for a couple weeks later, and when I dropped off the equipment I was able to book with their team on site. Super friendly and helpful staff! I don't believe these are the cheapest rentals in town, but they're affordable and I will definitely be using them in the future.
