I'm sad these folks close for the winter when it's my other daughter's birthday! In any case, I totally recommend them. We rented a nice bounce house for our boys, it's a covid birthday and this really made their day! They had one friend over and they got a giant jump house all to themselves. They dropped it off early and we had it for at least 6 hours. We would definitely do it again under $200 and it was a big one! We also live on Stony Point Rd so this was super close. read more

We have used Jumpin Jacks twice now (for jumpy houses, cotton candy and bubble machines) and have been super happy with them both times. Products are clean and in good working order and the delivery is on time, professional and friendly. I wouldn't use any other company at this point. My ONLY regret (if I had to have one), was that we tried to call the office a few times towards the end of the day to see if we could pay to extend the jumpy house as they kiddos were having so much fun, and no one answered (they were supposed to be open still) - we called 3 times. There was no "emergency" after hours number either (Not that we were after hours or having an emergency) but it made us uneasy to know that if something WERE to malfunction with one of their products during our event, you cannot contact them, sort of weird to be honest. If there IS in fact an emergency after hours number and we just were not aware of it, my apologies, but it should be clear on your outgoing voicemail message. You might be thinking "Why is a jumpy house an emergency?" Well, it might not be, however we had some friends rent a blow up water slide from a different company which was at least 15-20 feet high that fell over/collapsed with children on it, Luckily everyone was okay but it was extremely traumatizing for all involved and could have been catastrophic. Anyways, that is my only complaint but again, they might have one that I just missed. read more

We booked a jumper from another company that happened to cancel on us last minute and wouldn't return our phone calls. I had to call Jumpin' Jacks last minute 4 hours before the party started. They told me they could make it by 12 or 12:30 which was fine seeing as I had no other option at this point. They ended up pulling and setting up the jumper before noon right as all the kids were showing up. It was perfect timing and they were very friendly.
