There's so much I can say about this cute spot. I decided to have my daughter's 10th birthday here and yes she's older than their target range, my daughter has Down syndrome so it was perfect for her. The best part is when you book a party the business is closed to the public. I found the party packages to be reasonable. Parking is simple. Just park in the lots available since it's at a shopping mall and upon entering you will need to complete a waiver and wear their socks (at all times). It's pretty secure so no little ones running out the front door. And it's clean. Clean clean clean. The cleanest toddler play spot I've seen. Our host was amazing. He was extremely attentive and helpful. He made sure I could enjoy my guests and not clean up every second. Most of all the kids and the adults had an amazing time. My kids love coming here to play. There is something for everyone! Dress up, ball pit, toddler area, trains, air hockey, play house, scooters. We absolutely love Jumping Jellybeans for our four boys! We've been members for a year, and it's been a favorite for all of them (ages 3-7). The facility is always clean and well-sanitized. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Carmen in particular goes above and beyond to make families feel special. We really enjoy the fun members-only events, which are always well-organized and enjoyable. We've also attended many birthday parties here, and they are always fantastic. This place is a bit smaller than I thought. It is fine if it's not busy! There's a small section for toddlers near the back. Only 1 tree house that is pretty small. When we went around 10 there were maybe 4 kids and it was ok. But when we left there were 10 kids. It was a bit crowded. I can't imagine any more towards the back room. 20 bucks for a kid plus 5 for an adult. read more

I loved bringing my niece here to play and get her energy out. On Tuesdays, it's only $10 for toddlers 10am-12pm. There is also a coffee bar, tables for kids and parents to eat at, and clean restrooms. The staff is so kind and we will be back!! It was such a great time. read more

I worked here and it was awful and so weird. The boss is a lady who's like 60 , kept trying to pick on me (24) during the work days and would pour water in my chair days I wore makeup. Then she started to only pay me 1/4 of my checks and not let me go on breaks and would play weird mind games with me. Was a freak of a boss and would pick fights with an even younger girl who was only 19 working there also . Refused to pay me and fired me when I demanded my pay. I cannot believe I've been here a year and a half and didn't know this existed! It is THE best space for young kids to play indoors in Memphis, period. Other indoor play spaces don't hold a candle to this one. For starters, the staff is awesome. Super friendly, helpful for first timers (like myself) AND get this- they go around constantly spraying down the place with Lysol and wiping things down! And putting away toys that kids just left out! It was amazing the level of care that was there. As for the spaces to play in... man where to start. My son is 2yo, which is a little young for the big ball pit, but nonetheless he loved it, just was a little slower to move around in it than bigger kids. It is a huge ball pit area that's kind of like a maze, with big balls and obstacles, just a blast. Then, there's a similar area for kids under 5 only. It's not a pit, but has a lot of balls and then slides and blocks to climb and stuff, my son loved this equally as much. Not even done. So there's also a large area for parents to sit and have FREE (that's right, free) coffee/tea/water/hot chocolate, whatever, and it's connected to all the play spaces, as well as has a few things for kids to do in that room (foozeball, air hockey, big legos, doll house, etc.). Then there's the interactive screen projector thing on the floor. There are at least 5-6 small rooms that each have a theme, like a train set, a kitchen set, etc. There's also a couple of nursing/changing rooms, which is so helpful when you have little ones! My only single complaint is that the bathroom floor area seemed old, not dirty but it could have been mistaken for being dirty for sure. They do provide slippers in the bathrooms though, and it had just been cleaned (in the middle of the day, which is impressive). One more thing, you get a free pair of socks per person! Like whaaaat! You're required to wear them (even parents) to be in the play area. Man such a good idea. Ok one more thing- they freaking give your kids JELLYBEANS when it's time to leave. That's right, after jumpin and playin, they get jellybeans (hence the name) to ease the transition of saying bye to this fun place (cause really what kid would want to leave). That's all I can think of, but I haven't been this impressed with a place for my son to play in forever, maybe ever. SO worth the drive and the $! read more

This place is as much for parents as it is for kids. If you have a toddler this is their chance to play freely with minimal chance of getting hurt. My 2 year old loves it. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they work extremely hard to keep everything clean and orderly. They have a cafe area for parents to have coffee and you can bring food and eat in their dining area. The best time to go is during the week especially if you have smaller kids. It's not as crowded and because it's in the mall, you won't have to worry about the parking lot being full. Very cool place read more

Took my 1 year old here with a church group and it was so fun. Front desk was amazing, so helpful and kind even in the chaos of tons of kids running around. They provide socks and shoes and you can place your items in a bin behind the front desk. My favorite part was the coffee station for parent;s; made my day so much better! Ive been to many indoor play places, but this by far has to have been to worst. It is not really a good environment for two year olds due to the roughhousing and rough play from older children. There were multiple times I had to shield my two year old daughter from getting knocked down by an older boy. I had high expectations based on friends recommendations, but I was left shocked by parts of the slide being broken, and lack of supervision. (Multiple times I witness same boy playing with the coffee machine in the cafe). For the price and convoluted sign in process it was not worth it at all. read more

Wow! It's so clean!! Our family just moved to Tn and it was SO HARD to find a clean and safe fun place for our toddler. Most places had dirty/beat up/broken equipment. BUT this place was SO CLEAN!! Carmen was amazing with the kids (and just overall) and helped me throughout the whole party. Management is pretty bad. Started asking for payment 1 hour into the party (total 2hours party), I was trying to enjoy my time with my birthday kid but they wanted money NOW!!! Also Charged us 100 dollars cleaning fee for kids eating pizza in the "so called cafe" area. I had about 40 kids, ended up paying over 900 dolllars for this tiny place for 2 hours. Unique. We travel a lot and haven't come across a neat concept. There are two rooms in the back near the restrooms, one with a changing table and the other a nursing room. Nice area for parents to order a coffee and separate from the kids. Bathrooms were clean. No complaints read more

This place is a decent space for kids to play. However, it's not very pleasant for younger kids when there are too many older kids in attendance, roughhousing and bouncing around. While they have a separate play space for kids "under 5," it is small and there are still kids over 5 who make their way to play in it. Also, their large, Lego-looking blocks are dangerous as they are made of a hard, heavy material--so be careful when kids knock down towers of these because you or your child(ren) might get hit. Another thing to note--you have to enter their bathrooms with only your socks on (gross). While they provide a couple pairs of sandals in the restrooms, they are not "one size fits all". So, if the shoe doesn't fit--you're in deep--well you get it. Also, you have to buy their socks every time you visit (general admission for one child only includes socks for that one child + one adult). So, if a second, non-bouncing parent or grandparent, etc. comes, they must purchase their own pair of socks--a NEW PAIR EACH VISIT. I understand (and appreciate) this company's efforts in being clean, but what's hilarious is you have to change into your socks in the entry area of the facility--which is the SAME SPACE that people's dirty shoes have walked all over upon entering the play space. In addition, the staff walks all around the building--which transfers germs from the FRONT/ENTRY area to the back/play area. If you have a question for the staff though, be sure to ask one of the owners because the high school-aged girls that work here are disrespectful, unprofessional, and not fully trained to answer simple questions from customers. Lastly, Jumpin' Jellybeans Boutique Play Space's birthday party packages are extremely overpriced. They START at $500 for the most basic party package, but only if booked on a Sunday. This only gets you 15 KIDS (including the birthday child) and 25 adults (including the ones hosting the party). This same, BASIC party will cost a minimum of $600 if booked on a Saturday. With each package, only a certain amount of socks are included for children and adults. So, it's a hassle to try and plan out how many adults/parents might accompany their kids who are attending as party guests. For example, if I invited 14 kids to my child's party here, I would have to send invitations out that requested only ONE parent attend with each kid--and then pick which family members and/or friends of mine I care the most to have in attendance. Otherwise, I'd be paying a fortune in socks for adults who are just going to stand around and socialize during the birthday party. The rates for each additional child or adult are outrageous. I'd rather have my child's birthday party at one of the local farms/petting zoos for HALF THE PRICE and with the inclusion of more activities and some food (or other) options. read more

OMG This place is the truth! Took my 3 y/o boy here and he fell in love, he even asks for it by name now! There is a room-size ball pit that he could play in forever, but there is an interactive projector that shows on a mat on the floor where they can play games. Gaming systems, play stations, whatever, guaranteed hit with any kid. They just built this indoor life size dollhouse too! This is one of the few places I can go to knowing that my son will have a good time. They are literally cleaning and disinfecting everything the whole time! Honestly I've never seen a place this clean! It makes me feel so much better bringing my toddler here. The 5 and under toddler section is so cute and perfect for toddlers to play in. The only thing I find dangerous is the section with the blocks, they are so big and heavy and some kids are super rough when playing with them. You have to be careful when your kids are playing around them. They even provide individual changing rooms/nursing rooms, with wipes and diapers too! Your own little private room to get it done.
