Horrible Experience!! Once great business destroyed by bad ownership. Promise of dates and times of rental not fulfilled. Misguided attempts to deflate bounce house while children were still using it. Dangerous rusty one foot metal spike left as obstacle for playing kindergarteners. Only joy in renting from this company is when they retrieve their eyesore and knowing this bad experience is over. read more

Emailed about chairs and tables for our micro wedding in September. The response I initially got back stated they needed to know what type of event it was as the "aren't really doing park events" which I stated should have been on their website so no one wastes their time. This received a very passive aggressive response in addition to requesting further detail. After giving all information requested and stating we have the venue from 8a to 8p, they stated the end time it too late and they would t be able to help us EVEN THOUGH their website clearly states "all day rentals". We have rented tents, tables, chairs, bounce houses, water slides and even a cotton candy machine. Whenever I call, they answer. Any time I send an email, they are very responsive. DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY EQUIPMENT & DISGUSTINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER!!! My email to the owner after the event... "My delivery window was 7:15-7:45, yet no one called or showed up until 8:00. In order to be at the party location by 7:15, I needed to get my toddler up and dressed and to his grandparents house by 6:45 am. I don't think it is fair to a customer to provide a delivery window and not call or show up within the window. The pick up time was scheduled for 3:00, yet no one called or showed up until after 5:00. I sat with my overly exhausted toddler for nearly 2 hours waiting for the bounce house to be picked up. After finding someone else to come back and sit and wait, I left to get my son to bed. Again, I don't think it's fair to a customer to schedule a time with your company and have no one show up or even call. The interior of the bounce house was quite dirty with sand, grass and other debris. I had to thoroughly wipe it down / clean it prior to having the kids use it. This is totally not acceptable especially considering how much I paid to rent it." It then took weeks for the owner to call me back. Within less than a minute of being on the phone he began to raise his voice and argue. At least 3x I needed to ask him why he was talking to a customer in such a way. He blamed me for the delivery being late, yet his drivers told me that they left late. He criticized me for cleaning the bounce house instead of calling the company for them to come back to do it, even though I was rushing to get everything done before family and friends arrived. BTW...there was an abundance of dirt, bugs, grass in it along with what I can only assume was soda / juice and maybe icecream....it was sticky and had a rancid smell. He blamed me for the bounce house being picked up late, even though I informed his office staff the day before that it had to be picked up at/by 3:00 pm and confirmed with his drivers the day of the event that they'd be back by 3:00 to pick it up. During the entire "conversation" the owner argued, raised his voice, was defensive, wouldn't let me speak. He asked what I wanted / expected at this point and I stated I felt I should get a partial refund. His response was "the next time you rent from us, we will throw in a free cotton candy or sno cone machine." Wait, what????? Why would I ever rent from this place again? If the bounce house was disgustingly dirty, I can't even imagine how gross and disgusting the sno cone and cotton candy machines are. NO THANK YOU!!!! I will surely take my business elsewhere. I do take some blame for this. As soon as I found out you needed to prepay, either 14 days prior by check or cash day of, I should have known this was a shady business. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!! My friend rented a bounce house for a birthday party which was FILTHY & DISGUSTING!!!! There was grass, dirt, bugs.....lots of all of this stuff. It was sticky and smelly too. It had to be thoroughly cleaned out before the kids could even go near it. Even after the cleaning, the kids came out with dirty socks. They were late delivering it and even later picking it up. My poor friend and her toddler had to wait over 2 hours past the pick up time for someone to show up. Her toddler was exhausted and miserable....NOT HOW HE SHOULD'VE BEEN FEELING AT HIS PARTY! My friend was equally as exhausted, frustrated and worried about her child...NOT HOW SHE SHOULD'VE BEEN FEELING AFTER SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY ON A DIRTY & DISGUSTING BOUNCE HOUSE! If you care about your kids and if you care about your wallet, you will steer clear of this horrible excuse of a business. read more

My brother and sister-in-law rented a tent, tables, and chairs from this business for a wedding to be held on my property. The company set up the tent and delivered the tables and chairs without any issues (other than it was raining, so we set up a pop up canopy to give the workers some respite from the weather). All equipment was delivered the day prior to the event except for the portable toilets. The employees stated they would be delivered day of the wedding and that they would need to be paid for upon delivery. Day of event we set up the tables and chairs to discover that two of the tables were broken. Jumping Bean did come and deliver two additional working tables but did not take the two remaining tables and told us "Just keep them, do whatever you want with them they're broken anyway" and left. The portable toilets were delivered later that morning and the delivery driver told us they were paid in full already. The day following the wedding (Sunday) it was again raining so the company contacted us via text message stating the weather was too poor for pickup and asked us to move the tables and chairs (in the rain) ourselves to a dry location for pickup later in the week. We were unable to do so as there was no room in our garage for all the tables and chairs and additionally I felt it was inappropriate to ask us to move the equipment in the rain when that was why the company didn't pick up that day in the first place. We did disassemble the tables and stack them neatly in the center of the tent along with stacking all the chairs and tying them down with the straps left from delivery. The following day (Monday) we got a call from the owner stating we did not pay for the portable toilets and an additional $300 dollars was due immediately, which we paid assuming it was a miscommunication between the two companies over the weekend. Later that day two employees arrived to take the equipment back. They left the driveway area (which is right next to the tent) and drove in the lawn rather than move the equipment another 10 feet farther. Once the truck was loaded instead of backing down the driveway they drove further into the field and attempted to turn around. At which point they became stuck and asked my parents (visiting from out of town) for a chain to pull them out, which he did not have. The employees then left and got their own chain and anther truck. The second truck also got stuck but they were eventually able to get both vehicles out. All of this would have been prevented if they had stayed on the gravel driveway immediately adjacent to the field area. As a result there are multiple, very deep, muddy trenches all over my yard. When I contacted the company to try and resolve the matter the owner Anthony Roland stated they are not responsible for any of the damage and it was too much for us to expect the company to stay on the driveway as well as to back down the driveway rather than turn around in the yard. When we disagreed he hung up on us and is no longer responding to our attempts to reach out. read more

We rented inflatable sumo suits for a company party and they arrived filthy and smelled disgusting. No one wanted to use them and the company's response was even worse. They told us that it's not their problem and won't do anything about it. Will never do business with this company again. read more
