We asked thrm for a quote to negotiate our purchase and they gave us the run around for almost two full weeks (one person said we had to pay for the engineer to come out tobget a quote, another said they could just give us a ballpark estimate quickly). A week later the owner came out, after the time for Inspections had passed. He came on our property unannounced and failed our system. He told me I needed to spend $20-$25,000 on a new system that he would gladly install for us. I hired another company to reinspect the system. They passed the system. Stating only that the tank was a bit small and if a larger family were to move in, they might need to clean it out more often or replace the tank with a larger one. I would not trust this company.
