I called Stone Septic for a system that stopped flowing. Came out and after about an hour of digging, found my distribution box, opened it up, did something simple and the system was flowing again. They did not charge me a cent even after I asked them to for all the work they did. They simply handed me their card and asked me to call in the future. We spoke for quite some time. Very nice guys. I gave them $40 for lunch. This happened a year ago and the system has been working fine ever since. Well I will start with the fact that they have been servicing my work for a decade plus with very little issue up until lately. Had asked driver to not back down a small hill that is pavement because said hill is cracking up from the weight of the truck thin asphalt heavy truck never mixed well. Said driver and helper were not going to pump out areseptic because of that. We are talking about 10 ft not 50. Its one more hose inwhich he has a helper to drag I even said I would drag said hose I was told to fuck off and do my own thing. Also same company backed into are building 3 months ago and didnt say a thing about it I found the dually marks same day it happened so it wasnt something or somebody else. Do better hiring and have yiur drivers do a little exercise. That is like riding a bus with no seats. You want me to thjnk you guys can get super close to every septic gtfoh. read more

I gotta tell ya,THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!Extremely friendly,,great service,great communication.Not only did they pump my septic out,they knew I was couch ridden due to an injury.I have a pretty long driveway and without me knowing,they brought my garbage cans up from the road.I never asked them to do that but they knew I was injured.That goes beyond customer service.This is customer service at its best.Thank you all so much.Ill never go with anyone but stone when it has to do with my septic.The best. read more

Paid to have grease trap pumped. My wife meet guy who was nice enough. But when I got there he was already gone. Checked trap to find it was still caked with grease no scrap down of grease. Called them they said they were sending him back to do it right but he never showed. But they cashed the check right away. If u want it done right use someone else. Thanks for nothing. Update : the company did call and ask me to remove my review. I replied my trap is still covered in grease. They did however come back 2 weeks later and do the job right. I was promised a free grease trap cleaning on my next visit. Guess what they never showed. read more

We really enjoyed the bathroom trailer that Stone Industries provided us for our wedding. I worked with Stephanie to decide the best size for our number of guests. Delivery and pickup was easy, and the restroom trailer itself was beautiful and clean. read more

Called stone to pump my septic tank since they did it last. They sent two young guys who probed for about fifteen minutes and said they couldn't find it even though they weren't looking where the map said the tank was. They said they couldn't find it and gave me a card for a vice pres of something. Instead I called IBS. GLAD I DID. read more

Since this post Stone Industries has been great. They realized that they had missed the outlet baffle of the septic tank during the home inspection. They have since then repaired my septic system and it is working well. Keeping my fingers crossed. read more
