Tremont did a site visit a month before the wedding and went over all options with us - answering every question we had and going over the logistics. We felt really confident after they visited us. The day before the wedding they put up the the tent in a couple of hours - and the three staffers onsite were totally professional and made sure everything was setup correctly to our specifications/needs. I initially gave her a price point to beat per chair, after having shopped around, and she was able to do it comfortably. They also provided a paid in full discount, which is always helpful when trying to budget for a wedding. Shelby was incredibly accommodating and replied to any correspondence very quickly. They provided delivery, setup AND picked up the chairs the following morning (for 210 people). The truck arrived to our venue EXACTLY within the time frame they had initially provided, both for delivery and pickup. The chairs were all setup perfectly according to how the venue workers instructed and were incredibly clean. Overall, if you're looking to secure any event rentals, I would recommend contacting Tremont to do so!

Cindy kept the party going at a good pace, making sure we started food, cake and games running on time, which meant I didn't have to focus on that during the event and could mingle freely with my guests! It's a beautiful location with a lot of land- my sister brought her little dog and kids had a blast playing games on the lawn (the venue had corn hole and ladder ball). Theres a small lookout area where some of the guys smoked cigars and they also have a bar area (shout out to Dan at track 32 catering for their incredible bar and food). The ladies were super accommodating- they have a big walk in fridge so I could bring cake and flowers for the centerpieces the night before and then they put the flowers in the mason jar vases (again provided by the venue). They thought of everything- 2 photo areas, a gifts table, Bluetooth speakers with a mic set up, a table set up for food and for cake, and lots of smaller areas for guests to break off into smaller groups on the side. I handed over my sweet girl and they broke her leg! It was a severe break and I have vet statement and Xrays to show it. She required a $3000 surgery to repair her leg, but never made it that far. She passed away from sedation. 18 years old and I've had her since since she was 10 months old. Gone....just like that! A healthy strong bird....my sweet Ivy girl. What happened to her has been just gut wrenching painful and heartbreaking! I miss her every minute of every day. They took my girl from me! PLEASE DO NOT take your birds here for grooming! Take them to a vet! Also know that there's another similar review from 3 years ago from a woman named Michelle from clifton park, so this has happened before! Don't risk your bird's life! It's fine to buy things here, but don't risk it please! It happened to me, it can happen to you! I'd give anything in the world to have that day back and just stay home.....my Ivy would still be alive and here with me! Also....no one wants to take responsibility for what happened to my bird in their care! They claim she must have done this to herself by flapping/thrashing around in the carrier! Vet Xrays show an injury that's so severe that this is very unlikely. Something happened.....behind a closed curtain. No one's admitting. See ya in small claims court! ​

Because it was low budget, and I no longer work for a company that is willing to lone employees video equipment, I had to find a place that would rent me some. What's Happening Productions was the only place I could find in the Albany area and had to settle. They gave me equipment that was manufactured in the 90s. The mic crapped out half way through the vows. They even forgot to give me the battery lights after I picked everything up. I had to talk them into even letting me rent their equipment and they wouldn't let me touch anything HD. The cameras were so bad I had to put them on manual because they wouldn't focus correctly on manual. I got my footage back and reviewed it. I wish I didn't have to give this to my friends because I feel so bad. I wish I spent $2000 of my own money to just buy one HD camera and use that.
