I like taking my child here but since he is under 3 years old he stays in the children area close to the front. I heard the used to have a swing for his age group but replaced it with a non-working stepping piano, which sucks. But, besides that. The customer services is great and they are always cleaning which makes it even a better sanitary place. They also make sure the older kids don't play around the children area because of the size difference and how rough older kids can get, which I LOVE! Only thing I would like to see is more active things for the 3 and under area. read more

Long story short, COVID happened so our daughter's party didn't happen. We were initially told we couldn't receive a refund of our deposit. However, Irene reached out to confirm the staff handling party cancelations could have handled the situation better given the circumstances. Irene was happy to provide us a refund. The venue itself is spacious and clean and we were really looking forward to having a big celebration in April. Thanks again to Irene for jumping in to make this right! This place is an amazing place for kids to play at. During covid the employees would sanitize and clean the structures down every so often making sure it's clean for kids to play at. They have a diaper changing table there along with spectate structures for toddlers to play in. Highly recommend. read more

If I can give this place a zero I would. It's absolute chaos here and there are no rules for safety. It's just a complete free for all with kids throwing stuff at each other pushing and wrestling with each other. The staff is young and can't tell these kids nothing. 5 stars for the play structures, but 3 stars overall. I wasn't too thrilled with the front desk staff talking about personal matters and also customers. Moreover, it took them a while to acknowledge my family and me because of that. There is a designated food and drink area, but I saw a group of moms sitting together in the play area and one of them placing a filled Starbucks cup...on the entrance of the ninja course play structure. No one did or said anything about it. Some things obviously need to be more refined, but I would still come back as the play structures are good quality and fun compared to other places. read more

We had our son's 5th birthday here. The birthday room is one of the nicest birthday rooms I've seen in a kid's play place. You do not need to bother with decorations from outside because the room is wall to wall painted with balloons and an undersea mural. The play place structure is much nicer than other mall structures, and they have an area suited to very small toddlers, but also areas for older children. The staff does your set up and clean up and is very attentive and friendly. We were extremely happy with the party, and all of the guests had a great time. We will likely have other parties at this place again. read more

Our daughter loves this place! We come here at least twice a week. The staff does a great job of cleaning up after every "play time ends" (i.e. every hour) They have a sanitizing gun that they take to the various areas of the play area. Everyone is temperature checked before they enter and there are sanitizer stations everywhere. We feel comfortable coming here, even in the middle of the pandemic. Highly recommend! read more

It's good for play. I would give it 4 stars but there are just too many improvements they could make that make me give it 3. The playplace is clean but the bathroom is just really run down and since you're not wearing shoes when you're inside it just makes you feel uncomfortable. The indoor playstations at Tanforan mall offer slippers for their bathroom. It's so weird cause this place is brand new but their carpet doesn't look that way... it's not the worst it just isn't new. But the play stations are clean and that's what really matters! read more

This is such a great business I've been to all of the locations and me and my kids loved every one. Their all somewhat different than eachother which makings visiting each worth all our visits! and they have even just recently made updates to their other location in Hayward ! Definitely a 5 star for me but my kids would as they say give it "1 millllllionnnn starsss" read more

This is definitely the best indoor playground I've been to! I could tell the owner spent lots of time putting together such kids friendly and entertaining play structure! They have everything to entertain kids from 1 year old to 12 years old. Although small, there are so many things to do. My kids spent more than 3 hours and still won't leave. Staffs are really friendly and I constantly see them cleaning and vacuuming. Highly recommend it! It's conveniently located inside the mall so I feel very safe too with many security guards everywhere. read more

If it gave me the option of givinh it a "NO" star I would. So yesterday being the grand opening I took my nephew to play and my 15 year old niece was with me. Of course I had to pay an entrance fee for my nephew, but they wanted to charge my niece an entrance fee as well. Obviously she's too old to play there (age requirement under 12), so she was going to be sitting next to me watching my nephew. I asked why did I have to pay for her just to sit next to me along with the rest of the parents and they told me that the reason was because it's a liability sitting there. Obviously if it's a liability you have to sign a waiver form (which we did), but I see no point in charging for my niece. It's just a way for them to get more money. I am never going back to that place again. At least Hop and play in Tanforan don't charge for you to sit inside like this place does. read more

I have a 5 and 11 eleven year old and they love this place! I saw the review regarding the music selection and we (my children and myself) love the playlist.. we listen to Disney on car trips so it's fun for something different. it's fun that I can dance around with my little ones to my generation lol I would highly recommend this place and all the your ladies that work the entrance are so helpful, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with management. read more

This place is awesome. The staff are nice and cleaned majority of the time I was there. They enforce the rules, some people didn't listen but I saw the staff kindly approach the people and remind them of the rules politely. I'm so glad they brought this place to Serramonte mall! Went around 2:30 on a Wednesday and it wasn't so busy, which was nice. I noticed there was only one worker when we came and about an hour later there was a shift change. In my opinion, it would be better if there were 2-3 workers attending the place. There needs to be someone watching the 3 and under play area because older kids come running in practically trampling the little ones. The worker up front clearly saw older kids riding the baby swings really fast, gave a "whoa that's too fast" look, but did not stop them. Jolly Roger Land in Union City designates a worker to control the speed of the swings. (Maybe they should do the same to avoid the risk of having the little ones get hurt.) Also, I noticed while the one worker that was there went towards the back of the place to handle an issue, the front was left unattended and some older kids went out and left the gate wide open. Such a risk for the younger ones to just walk out into the mall. It's nice to finally have an indoor play place in Serramonte Mall but hopefully they'll do some changes that'll make it more safe. read more

This place was super fun for my two toddlers. Very clean and had tons of cool stuff to do. The staff was very friendly. The owner was very nice and came over and said hi and talked with us for a while. I'm so glad Serramonte finally got a children's play place! I will for sure come back. Only one bathroom. read more

I hosted my son's 4th birthday Thursday and everything was great! Michelle was helpful when I booked the party and Victoria over the phone that day. The two girls working that afternoon were nice and one was very attentive. The place was very clean and they keep cleaning. My son had so much fun and everything was easy for me. Oh my goodness where do I start! I thought I fell in love with Hayward Jumpity Bumpity but now they have a Jumpity Bumpity in the Serramonte mall guys!!! It's so awesome, I can shop all day, eat and relax and have my kids play a Jumpity Bumpity and they offer in and out privileges!!! So shopping and taking a break and letting the kids burn some energy while I rest is awesome!! If you haven't been to Jumpity Bumpity! You must come and visit, it's beautiful place, very clean, great prices with in and out privileges all day and my kids absolutely love it. read more

My son was turning five today and I reserved this place last January 25 . I reserved the double room from 3pm to 5 pm. A week before our party, we went to check in to this place again for my kids to play and to confirm our reservation, I ask them if we can go in the party room before 3 pm to decorate and set up food and the staff told me that yes, you can go in 10 minutes before 3pm.And it's okay with me. Everything was fine until a day before our party one of their staff called me that one of our party room is not open until 4:30 pm because still occupied with another party and to make up for that, we can stay in that place till 6pm for kids to play. I said I can't do that because our guests knows already that our party is from 3pm to 5pm and they need to open the 2nd room or else we are crowded in just one room. I have 60 guests. The manager named Michelle, told me that it's in their policy that we can only occupy the party room at 4pm and that's the only time that we can decorate and set the food in the table. And by that time kids are all sitting down and ready to eat. It's common sense, how can you set up the table if the kids and all your guest are all in the room ready to eat. I even asked her that I want to talk to the owner but she said that the owner was not there and she refused to give me the owners phone number. Because It doesn't make sense, you paid for 2 hours from 3 pm to 5 pm but you can only use the party room for an hour? You can't even go inside the party room to just set up and decorate? Some of our guests are already inside the room sitting down because they are seniors using cane and some are using walker, others are special kids, kids with autism which they are sensitive to noise and crowd and the manager Michelle let them get out of the room so they were outside the room, no chair to sit on from 3 pm to 4pm. I know it's a kids party but I think the grandmas and the grandpas of the birthday celebrant has the right to attend. And the party room is already available at that time, but they don't want us to go inside our reserve room.During reservation their explanation is quite different from their policy and they will answer all your questions the way you want to hear it so that you will make your deposit and after you make your deposit they will tell you read the policy where you don't have time anymore to read it and FYI deposit is non refundable. And today before our event, the staff let me signed a contract stating that we can only use the party room at 4pm where we don't have any choice anymore because all our guests was there or else if i don't signed that contract they will not allow us to go in. Do you think that's fair? One thing more they told us that they will provide plates and utensils, when everybody was ready to eat, everybody was sitting down...no plates. I was not able to check those stuff because they don't allow us to enter the room. So we have to wait for 7 minutes for the plates. They know that we have a lot of guests, they only give us a few ... again some of our guests don't have plates I have to go outside the room again to asked for more. So we have to wait for a few minutes again because they have to go to the back to get those plates. I was so frustrated and stressed and upset because of them. Just because of my frustration right now just hoping that this business will last long. Hope that whoever the owner of this business will succeed with this kind of business. This will be my first and last party in this place. From now on, every time I see this place, Jumpity Bumpity I will always remember the bad experience that happened on my son's party. Of all the party venues that we have been decided to have our son's party, this is the worst place!!! This is my first time to be stressed like this. Anyway, if you guys planning to have a party here, good luck. I paid $678 for an hour. They will tell you for 2 hours but that's an hour because you are not allowed to enter the room to decorate or set up the table on the first hour. To the owner, I know money is important to you but try to be kind and be fair. Give your costumer the worth of their money they are paying for. Not in this world is all about money. I am so sorry, hope you will succeed. If I will rate your business, you don't even deserve a star. If you have question about this, call me or I can even meet you in person. read more
