Note: you get to keep all the decoration props from the package. For the dessert table we chose : 2 dozen Shooters (Dessert in a cup) Crème Caramel 1 dozen Cake Pops Red Velvet 1 dozen Cupcakes Cookies N Creme Cake: Neapolitan (Chocolate and Strawberry layered cake & vanilla buttercream) For the cake we asked to add 2 TIER for an additional $200 charge. The cake was beautiful, exactly like the picture we shared. The guests loved the flavor, it was moist. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pastel red velvet cake pops. The planning and communication was easy over phone or message. We let them know the theme and color scheme for the party, which was Summer Pastel. We sent across some ideas through pictures and Pinterest of our vision and they translated it well. We booked them 3-4 weeks ahead for the date, as get booked fast. After the initial booking, they finalize everything for the event only on the week prior to the event, so wait until then. On day of event they were on time and very quick to setup. The gentleman showed up on time, did his magic, then rolled out. I was busy with the backyard set up so I didn't have time to help but he was so quick! It was done in a snap. The balloons lasted all night and we had no popping casualties. The arch was moved inside into my dining room and I kid you not, it lasted another 2 weeks. Too bad I didn't have anyone to pass this onto. It is def reusable if your events are back to back. Heads up. Make sure the weather isn't too hot either. I originally was going to have them put it up in the morning and leave it up but they came closer to the event time because of the location and it faced the sun. Air Lollipops has been part of my family's important milestones: my baby shower (2018), my 35th birthday (2021) and most recently my son's 5th birthday (2023). Whenever there is a need for balloons we turn to Air Lollipops to execute and deliver the magic for our special day. Their ordering process is so easy. I am always in awe how efficient it is from end to end, despite how booked and busy they are. I make sure to place my order and pay my deposit ahead of time. On the call I give them my theme, they ask what colors I want and then leave it to them to execute a beautiful creation! My most recent order had snafu. I emailed Maria to change the theme last minute (2 weeks before pick up). I went into it with an open mind knowing there would be a possibility she would not be able to honor the changes. She confirmed right away that she would accommodate it. When it came to pick-up day, I saw that they made this awesome Minecraft column, instead of the new theme I had asked for. Maria was on the phone with another customer when I told her husband it was the wrong theme. She immediately came out and apologized to me. I would have left and been happy with the apology (because people are human and mistakes can happen!) and the column she made was originally what I ordered, so it wasn't the end of the world. She insisted to fix the issue because she wanted to make my son happy. I was literally shedding happy tears at their front door. This was our first time hiring this company for our cousin's babyshower, and we were disappointed. First, it wasn't the colors we wanted, considering we sent them examples of the colors we wanted. Not just that, when we called the person in charge, she said those were the right colors, but the white ballons were missing. It was dissapointing because my cousin said prior to the event she was asking them to provide a sample photo of what it would look like (colors) so we would be able to approve whether it was the right colors or not. But they didn't want to. Secondly, to fix this, she had her husband come an hour before our party to bring the missing balloons to add to the original arch only to find out the first men who came with the arch left with it. So then her husband leaves to meet them in Oakland. He came back at the start of our party and after the mother to be had already arrived. Very poor communication and had us stressing prior to prior to the event! Please try to read there policy specially there refund policy. We went to there shop 2/14/20 and inquire regarding my daughter 1st birthday on April 4, 2020 and then pay the half of what we talk about, then i went back to pay them in full (all in all $764) on 3/10/20. Then a week after the county advise the social distancing and shelter-in-place order, We decided to cancel my daughter first birthday event since we don't know when will things get back to normal and we call them and ask for refund and they told us they don't do refund and i ask them what will happen to our money and they told us they don't do refund just store credit. In short they will hold our money and force us to use it even though we cancel everything and no one knows when things will be back to normal again. From a consumer side I don't know if this is legal or what so ever but this is a warning for everyone. read more
