I don't know where to begin. All I can say is I'm EXTREMELY grateful I found Kristen on Yelp. Because of her, I found the best bounce house (I spent hours searching and I didn't see others like the amazing 3-in-1 we rented). Kristen also connected me to our balloon decorator (who also did our backdrop), as well as the prop and signage person. Kristen, and her friends she connected me with, were AMAZING. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! I have very particular taste and wanted to give my daughter an amazing looking birthday party on my own, which is not easy to say the least. There's a reason why event planners charge so much to make a party look incredible - it's a lot of work, with countless hours spent researching for inspiration, trying to find the right vendors who will do a great job, and getting all the proper decor and supplies, etc, etc. And as an individual it's not easy to get a hold of vendors because they're often busy and if you don't have months to plan, it can be very stressful. Kristen is the most ideal business owner to work with. She was SO efficient in responding to everything! I didn't stress out at all waiting to hear back from her, she was so on top of everything. She even called me on a weekend vacation to help me out with signs and props I needed! Mind you, she doesn't even do those things, but she went out of her way to relay information to her friend who makes signs. She is so incredibly caring, kind, helpful and sweet!! She just wants to do her very best and it shows how much she puts into her clients.
