The jumper itself was not in the best condition but it was super fitting for the theme and it was still functional. Bonus points for accepting Venmo and confirming delivery time the day before. I liked that there was no deposit/fees, but it made me worry a bit that the jumper wouldn't arrive. We had a fantastic experience renting from Jump Kids Party Rentals. Enrique is quick to communicate with over text for the options for the bounce houses and I was able to get one with Disney princess banner that my daughter loved. The price is reasonable and affordable. The jump house was huger than anything I'd seen before, and had a huge slide along the side that the kids loved. Enrique was able to set it up the day before for no extra charge. The bounce house was cleaned and sanitized right before and after. I do not know where all the five star reviews came from, but that was not the case in my experience. At first, the communication was prompt, and I confirmed my order with Enrique and the jumper that I requested was available. On the day of delivery I was called and notified that the jumper I reserved is no longer available, and if it was OK to bring a Castle jumper instead. What was I to do as it was the day of the party? I agreed and upon arrival I noticed that the jumper was not in the best of shape. I wanted to give him an opportunity to set it up to see how it looked. I noticed there was several patches of duct tape everywhere. After the jumper was set up the kids were excited to go in. My niece , however noticed there was a strong smell of cat urine. She immediately brought out the disinfectant and Clorox wipes and we explained to Enrique we will clean it, but it does smell like cat urine. He casually denied. Shortly after he left, one of the duct tapes blew off and air was blowing out of the jumper! Also, the Clorox wipes that we used to clean inside were filthy! I called him immediately and I politely said can you please come pick it up as we're not happy with the jumper. He just said no problem, and he came back to pack it back up. No apology and no comment like he was upset that we did not want it any longer! I continued to be pleasant and said I am sorry, but we just want our kids to be safe, maybe you shouldn't rent this jumper out anymore and retire it. Again no comment just silence. I had also reserved tables and chairs but apparently he canceled it as well. Earlier he stated another driver would be coming to deliver. If Enrique would have shown some type of concern or form of apology I would not even have written a negative review. He could have acknowledged it, instead of denying that anything was wrong with the jumper. In all my years of renting dozens of jumpers, I've never had an experience like this! I was frantic for another jumper, so I called Cindy's Jumpers in Paramount and thankfully they delivered a jumper within the hour. The jumper was immaculate and squeaky clean. The delivery people explained that they sanitize after each use and thoroughly clean their jumpers, and that they were also insured. What a difference! The day was saved and all that mattered to me was seeing how happy our kids were. read more

I found this company on Yelp and reached out for a quote for a jumper combo with slide for Lakewood, CA area. Enrique replied promptly with a price. He had the best price and he didn't require any deposit to hold the reservation. I booked this a month in advance. He's been very communicative and respond promptly. He accepts cash, zelle, or Venmo upon delivery. He was very punctual and showed up on time for drop off and set up as well as for pick up. His jumper is very clean and the kids had fun in the jumper. This jumper had two plugs and he prewarn me that the power can go off if you plug it with other plugs. So I was able to move it on I a new power source to make sure it didn't go off. Overall I had a good experience with his service. He was very modest when I tip him at drop off and again at pick up. He's a small business that works so hard! Not an easy job.
