There were multiple things wrong: Starting with the guys didn't show up on time to deliver the bounce house and water slide, then one of them asked for a beer and drank it while at our house, The two men were arguing among themselves the entire time they were here, my stepdad had to pretty much set it all up himself because one of the guys was NO help to the main guy, the snow cone machine did not work, we tried everything... When I spoke with the owner all he said was "Sorry." I have never had an issue with these guys until this weekend and it was a pain in the behind.
