I thought $131 ($125 plus tax) for basically three days of bouncing was a great deal - they loaded it into our car Friday morning, we set it up that day, and the kids bounced Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. We thought the instructions were very easy to follow, and have had no issues with anything about the pickup or return. The facility address is misleading; when driving to their office stick to the directions they give in their instructional email. When the blower is on, the bounce house inflates super fast; once you turn off the blower, it deflates pretty quickly, so you can just leave it set up the whole weekend and as long as the blower is off/ unplugged you don't have to worry about strange animals (or people) trying to get inside it at night. It IS heavy - 75 pounds? - so we used a wagon to wheel it from the driveway to our backyard, and needed a couple of people to do setup. However you don't even have to lay a finger on it at the facility - they will load it directly into your car, and then unload it on Monday. I called their company like four times because I was so worried about the weather/ fees/ other nasty surprises; each time Molly answered and was reassuring. The company in general seems pretty chill. She assured me that it would not get ruined by getting rained on. I was worried about cleaning fees but she explained they all have to be cleaned anyway every Monday just from mud and so on, so that's already included in the price. We will absolutely be using this company again! Bounce house rental: $130; gas driving to and from facility: $2; three days of thrilled (and exhausted) kids?? PRICELESS

Almost $400 to drive an hour, a 30 minute ride for 4, and dinner was not what we understood it to be and there was no chocolate for smores. His birthday was in November, and I decided that it was finally time for him to take his hot air balloon ride. The original day that we scheduled rained so we had to reschedule. And several attempts there after we're also rescheduled. But it was well worth the wait! I truly appreciate Stu's communication and regard for our safety. Yesterday, it finally happened. The weather conditions were perfect. We arrived early in the morning for our flight. It was so exciting. We got to meet the ground crew, the balloon chasers. Stu and Ryan were amazing. The views were incredible. We got some amazing photos while we were up there but the ground crew also got some amazing photos for us as well. Oh, and did I mention that it was a surprise! I can't believe I kept the surprise for all of these months. He told me I really threw him for a loop! Belated Happy Birthday Honey! We learned so much about balloon piloting, and had the best time. Even watching the set up and take down was so fascinating. We can't wait to do it again! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10. Will definitely be recommending all of my friends to Balloon Atlanta.

You have to be extremely careful when renting a party bus -- I've heard horror stories where huge groups meet somewhere and the bus never shows. I always write reviews for the good ones so people know who you can trust. The driver, Stacy, called me 3 days before to confirm and showed up early the day of. He was such a nice guy and was very accommodating. Booking, putting down the deposit, and paying the final amount was a breeze thanks to Allyson. The bus is great - roomy and the inside is very cool. Plenty of space for your belongings and easy music setup/connection. Worth every penny to have a group together for a few hours to have some fun and not worry about driving.

I used them last year for our company annual trip to Lake Lanier and I'm just in the process of nailing down the details for the trip this year...and of course it involves the Fur Bus. Let me just tell you about the fabulous experience I had with them last year then. Booking was SUPER simple. They answered every single last one of my random questions and adhered to our timings/requirements perfectly. Since I live closer to the Lake than to our office downtown I drove straight to the Lake and one of my colleagues greeted the driver etc. Before the actual day of the trip I had the driver's (Ginger) number and we texted back and forth and her response's were quick. The Fur Bus driver will get to their required spot 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time...and Ginger did. When they all arrived at the Lake everyone told me about the fun trip they had on the way up. When our boat docked the Fur Bus was there. My "worse for wear" colleagues didn't phase Ginger one bit. It was a fabulous experience. Like I said, I'm just about to book again for this summer's Lake trip.
