Super cute indoor playhouse for the kiddos! A friend of mine has mentioned this place sevrb times and while I've looked it up, I've never visited until I took my kiddos for a birthday party. Not very familiar with the area but it's located in a shopping center with plenty of parking available. Depending on the time you visit the parking lot might be a little crazier than on a quieter day because it did take us a little bit to find an open space. Walking in I was overwhelmed by the amount of people and kiddos running about and enjoying their playtime. There's a check-in desk and the area is pretty small considering we had to stand outside the door because there were a few groups ahead of us. Just would be nice to have a bigger "lobby" area though. Anywhooooo, the young lady who assisted was funny and because I completed the waiver ahead of arrival, she needed our names, provided socks (they do have a cost associated if you're not with a party and are needed for the kiddos to play), and let us know where to meet the party folks. They have an area to place your belongings in a cubby if needed and there is lots of table space available if you're not with a party in one of the reserved rooms. I loved the size of the actual play area and there was one side for the bigger kiddos and a smaller area for babies/toddlers to have their fun. Since this was a busy Saturday afternoon, there were kiddos and grownups everywhere so I would like to come back when it's a bit calmer. Wonderful staff, super cute place, and a must go to get the wiggles out for the kiddos!

My daughter absolutely loves it here. For us weekdays are the best as it's not nearly as crowded and she enjoys it much more.

You would think a place designed specifically for children would understand how toddlers play, but the owner clearly does not. While the kids were playing, the owner actually approached them and told them to stop playing with a toy castle. Her reasoning? They were "opening and closing the castle door too much." It is completely ridiculous to police how toddlers interact with toys in a facility that parents pay for specifically so their kids can play. Secondly the place was cluttered. There were toys and junk everywhere. On top of that, the owner reprimanded us because the kids went in and out of the carpeted area "too many times." The entire environment felt hostile. The owner literally hovered over us the entire time we were there, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. A children's play center should be a fun, stress-free environment for families, not a place where toddlers are monitored like they're walking a tightrope. We will absolutely never be back. Save your money and take your kids somewhere where they are actually allowed to be kids.

We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Ari took our pics and was extremely professional. Can't recommend this venue enough.

This is to no fault of the staff however it was painfully obvious that they had not been trained as there was a lack of consistency from room to room for the birthdays. Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

A place to exercise and play and for parents to not have to worry.I understand I signed a waiver, for equipment liability and fights from kid to kid. What I did not expect was to have an incident with the staff and my kid!. My kid (who is under the age of 10),came to me crying with a red ear, bright red. And staff followed behind him with an ice pack. I asked what happened and they said not only did he fall and hit his ear,it was because the STAFF member pushed him. I asked my son if his head hurt,he said no just his ear.so then I went to the staff member in question and asked what happened (with a family member overhearing on the phone). He said "I pushed him off of me on the STAIRS and he fell BACKWARDS and hit his ear". Granted ok let's be more specific. My son is under the age of seven for privacy reasons I won't say exact age. This staff member was in his twenties pushing a child. Medium length curly blonde/brown hair slim build white man about 5'8.On the stairs. The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that. This was the staff hurting children. Not prioritizing safety. I asked for a full refund of our two month remaining membership and they said no I'm just glad he didn't hit his head

On the plus side, it is a good value (especially with siblings), and I also like that it is specifically targeted to younger (less than 5YO) kids so there were no older kids in there being wild like we've encountered at other similar play spaces. They also have a coffee shop so parents can grab a drink and station up at the tables nearby while kids play. Do note that they have set two-hour windows of playtime, and of course, we arrived at the end of one. So, we waited and went back to the lobby while an employee cleaned the toys and then went back in for the next session. Standard waiver to sign like all the places. Clean bathrooms with supply of wipes and diapers if needed. The only real downsides were parents who got busy working and didn't pay close attention to their little ones. Another negative is compared to the other places like this we have gone to, this is the least likely to have a wide variety of true imaginative play features. They have a big wooden climbing and slide structure and this bear air thing that blows scarves around, but other than that, just basic toys like blocks and riders/bouncies and a small kitchen with grocery carts. The kiddos enjoyed it and that's all that really matters at the end of the day!

When we arrived, there weren't many people there aside from a few younger kids, yet the facility felt disorganized. I didn't notice any active cleaning or organizing taking place, and the two employees at the front desk seemed unfamiliar with the promotions being advertised. It made the check-in process confusing and gave the impression that staff were not well informed (also took away from the time kids could play/were standing around waiting). Later I did notice one employee "cleaning" with gloves on so I thought she was using chemicals or organizing but it was just mostly just dumping all the toys into the shopping cart. The promotion itself ended up being much less of a deal than it appeared online. Overall, the experience left me disappointed, especially considering the cost. I had been considering this venue for a future birthday party for my children, but after seeing how things were run during this visit, I will likely look elsewhere. For the price being charged for these parties, I expected a cleaner, more organized, and better-managed experience. Compared to other local centers, the activities were limited/disorganized. Items were not in the proper places and made play a bit restricted. Nice concept and good deals but hard to compete against neighboring centers.

Bathrooms need better bleach cleaning. Tips to business: The negatives are easy fixes. Then a couple more add on items to fill the place out would make this place great for the little ones.
