I sent my proof of payment by their email confirmation of the payment June 2 through an email. With attachment of a screenshot of my bank account debit for that amount. After that consultation, I looked at YouTube. The same firm has many YouTube posts at least one of which said , no charge for consultation. This was a guardianship case they would have gotten had they been responsive . I wasn't gonna go with a firm that already, even before becoming a client , I'm having problems with their billing.
