I was running 40 minutes late to my 11 am courthouse ceremony in the city, it was pouring, and we made a mistake of forgetting our marriage license which caused the delay. Mistakes happen. Brittany was very frustrated when I made her aware of this and turned around to go home. I paid $1200 for one hour of shooting and obviously didn't get anything. I told her I would be writing a review about this experience and she took to Facebook to encourage her followers to bully me. ON MY WEDDING DAY! I received multiple threatening messages, fake reviews were left on my works google reviews; to the point where the police are involved now. I am in disbelief at the behavior and how this was handled. It's not even about the photos anymore. Wife was happy with the actual shoot, studio, and photography, but getting the end product to the customer as promised was a challenge. I'm also giving the rating based on price. This is a nicer studio and as such comes with better equipment. You expect to pay more. But I would advise to scan the price list first to know your options. If you're looking for a few good shots to have prints made, CM could work for you. If you're looking for more (more than 8 shots), it's a premium. We're the "burn me a CD" kind of family and let me pick. Again, the quality of the product is pretty good, but you should be informed before signing up for a sitting. In the end, CM offered us a store credit towards future prints. They understood our complaint and are trying to fix it, but they could have discounted my current sale instead. I can't see going back to CM tomorrow, but maybe in the future we'll try again.
