I was running 40 minutes late to my 11 am courthouse ceremony in the city, it was pouring, and we made a mistake of forgetting our marriage license which caused the delay. Mistakes happen. Brittany was very frustrated when I made her aware of this and turned around to go home. I paid $1200 for one hour of shooting and obviously didn't get anything. I told her I would be writing a review about this experience and she took to Facebook to encourage her followers to bully me. ON MY WEDDING DAY! I received multiple threatening messages, fake reviews were left on my works google reviews; to the point where the police are involved now. Added in response to comment: This exactly the type of evasiveness you will find when dealing with this business owner. I did not order a CD. I ordered an 8x10 print from her website that was supposed to be delivered to my home. I did not order a digital file. I ordered an actual printed picture. The CD was supposed to come with it, but I would have been happy to have the picture arrive on time and then wait for the CD. But don't take my word for it. Look up this business on the Better Business Bureau website. The F rating is there for all to see.
