I've owned over 30 vehicles in my lifetime with about 10 of them coming from dealers. Never have I had such an overall excellent experience as with Juneks. This is my third Grand Cherokee with a cumulative 370,000 miles on the first two. I was pretty specific in what I was looking for and Junek's had it. I found my 'new' 2019 Jeep on-line from 5 states away and sent them an e-mail on a Sunday. Monday morning they called me back and put me in touch with Morgen in sales. Morgen answered all my questions with absolutely no pressure, up-selling, or scripted smarmyness (I'd been in California too long). I thought it over, made an offer, and we had a deal. I bought the car sight un-seen with a deposit and a verbal handshake. By the way, the only other exactly spec'd car I'd found on-line was priced 25% higher and it wasn't a CPO. We picked up the car the following week when we moved to South Dakota. Morgen greeted us and got us rolling on a short test drive after which Misty had us in and out of the brief paperwork in no time. Both did an excellent job. The car was exactly as advertised. The price and paperwork came out exactly to the penny as agreed upon. The car was full of gas, washed, and ready. After we got home, I couldn't find the owner's manual and when Rene called a few days later with a follow up to check on our satisfaction, she walked me through finding the manual "hidden" where I hadn't looked. I had researched a new ecodiesel for over two years. Once I found one on Juneks lot I stopped by for a test drive. I can honestly say it was the first no pressure experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Amy Ruff was very knowledgable and so easy to work with it. I left the first day without purchasing the truck to think about the vehicle. Amy followed up the next day not to apply any pressure but simply to see if any questions had arose that we didnt get a chance to discuss during the process. Not once did she ask if I was going to purchase the vehicle. I stopped in a day later and walked away this time with the truck. Everyone from the sales manager, dealership owner, Lex who completed our paperwork and even the parts specialist who helped pick out just the right running boards was pleasant and helpful. We have had a great experience with Juneks from the first day we stepped through their door. They have worked with us through buying two new Jeep Grand Cherokees. The total experience of purchasing one vehicle, having to return that vehicle and purchasing a new one was as easy as they could possible make it. When we decided to trade to a different vehicle, they made the whole transaction happen quickly and for a very fair price. Their service department has been wonderful. We bought our son's first vehicle at Junek's which was a used Bonneville. They had checked it out, we purchased it and he drove it for several years and then passed it down to our youngest son who drove it for several more years. I bought a 2011 Jeep Patriot from Juneks that I love. I also have all my service done there and have purchased tires and other accessories from there and have had nothing but great service. I purchased a used 1/2 ton ram from here back in October and love it! I've also used the service department for routine maintenance and tire replacement...these guys are awesome! All the people in Juneks are friendly and very helpful! Their prices are competitive and they try to work with you as much as possible. I purchased a used shop truck (low revenue) from these guys and ran into a bad auto transport company and junks was as understanding of the situation while my truck sat in their climate controlled garage for over 5 weeks while we fought over transport issues.
