They are one of the few stores who actually hire clerks to work the floor, not just stock or cashier, and they obviously train them well in how to help people. From the moment we walked in, Ms. Robin made us feel welcomed and cared for in a way that went far beyond what most people expect in retail. Ms. Robin went above and beyond to help my mother find the right sizes that fit her specific measurements. She was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive while assisting her in selecting the best intimates for her body type. She did not just point us in a direction, she personally walked my mom to the dressing room, checked on her regularly, and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. When I shared that my mother has ongoing leg and arm issues, Ms. Robin took that to heart. She treated my mother with extra care and dignity, showing her kindness that truly touched us both. I mentioned how far we had to walk from where we parked and how difficult that had been for my mom. Ms. Robin immediately encouraged my mom to stay inside the cool, air-conditioned store while I brought the car around. She then escorted my mom through the building to meet me at a closer exit, thoughtfully protecting her from the blistering heat outside. I can deal with the Sunday closing, but there were religious books for sale everywhere, they played religious music on the speakers, and there was just an overall "in-your-face" attitude about it. It's a CRAFT store, not a CHRISTIAN store. Their prices are also a lot higher on quite a few items than what I can buy them online for. And the people in the framing department are just plain RUDE. Add to that their latest effort to impose their religious beliefs on their employees by denying them contraceptive coverage for IUDs and Plan B on their insurance. What?! They sell crafts, they aren't doctors, but they want to dictate medical policy. Nope. Won't support that at all. I will never visit either this store, or any other of their locations again! I can always go to Michael's in North Little Rock, or just order online. I've spent a LOT of money at Hobby Lobby, but they've seen the last of my green.
