The people were friendly, and they let me know in advance that it may take a while for them to get to my computer because they were backed up with other customers. They also made sure to let me know that I may be charged if they had to do anything to the computer. They never gave me a concrete amount that they would charge, but I was fine with all of these things as long as they could help me with my computer. A week and a half later, they called me, essentially saying that they couldn't find anything wrong with my computer after testing it for a while. I was relieved to hear that maybe my computer was magically working up to par again, and gladly paid the $40 charge, thinking that there shouldn't be any problems. Unfortunately, my computer hadn't changed a single bit and I experienced all of the issues that brought me to Connecting Point in the first place, and now I was out $40. Without anywhere else to turn, I decided to take matters into my own hands and look inside my computer. After about 15 minutes of looking at wire connections, I noticed that one of the connecting cables to the motherboard was not properly connected. I snapped it in, and my computer hasn't had an issue since then. They had my computer for a week and a half, and couldn't find a simple connection issue, and then charged me $40 for running a few tests. I feel scammed.

Called my previous Pharmacy for me to get Prescriptions transferred and any Insurance information needed. After one visit they remembered my Wife and I on our second visit. This is place is the mold for how a Business showed conduct Customer Service. Please don't let this influence the next customer to the Jacksonville, AR location. We bought new phones because he said it would make sure of better service. He told us, he was sending a booster free of charge to the house, to make sure we would have no problems. As we were trusting him to take care of us, he said you also get a free tablet today, but of course you have to pay the taxes on it, like you did with the 2 phones. I didn't find out we have to pay for service for the tablet until I got the first bill. Please I urge you to ask many questions before taking this young man at "just" the information he is providing. I was promised, twice by him yesterday that he would give me a call back. I did not hear from him so I called the "corporate office" and boy was that a joke. Everything has to be handled out of the store. What corporation allows the individual locations to have all the control? Unfortunately, T-Mobile does not currently offer wireless internet where we live. We have T-Mobile cellular service and we are are very happy with it. Even though we could not get T-Mobile wireless internet today, we were very impressed by how helpful and knowledgable Mya was.
