Outstanding Service at Lane Bryant Outlet - A Special Thank You to Ms. Robin
I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Lane Bryant Outlet located at 11201 Bass Pro Parkway in Little Rock, Arkansas on 21 June 2025. From the moment we walked in, Ms. Robin made us feel welcomed and cared for in a way that went far beyond what most people expect in retail.
Ms. Robin went above and beyond to help my mother find the right sizes that fit her specific measurements. She was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive while assisting her in selecting the best intimates for her body type. She did not just point us in a direction, she personally walked my mom to the dressing room, checked on her regularly, and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way.
When I shared that my mother has ongoing leg and arm issues, Ms. Robin took that to heart. She treated my mother with extra care and dignity, showing her kindness that truly touched us both. I mentioned how far we had to walk from where we parked and how difficult that had been for my mom. Ms. Robin immediately encouraged my mom to stay inside the cool, air-conditioned store while I brought the car around. She then escorted my mom through the building to meet me at a closer exit, thoughtfully protecting her from the blistering heat outside.
This was not just great customer service, it was humanity, compassion, and professionalism all wrapped into one. Ms. Robin made us feel seen, supported, and valued. People like her make all the difference.
