After I showed them proof of what I said was true they said they don't do that here. While I got a call back from the online supervisor they were laughing at all the stuff I was telling the CSR on the phone. After trying to bring up the issues I was having with the manager another employee interrupted the manager and was defending the comments they made, and when I told him I didn't appreciate them telling me they would just sell me a phone I stead of fix my issue, the employee just said cool cool, and turned his back.
