To find out it was not properly certified being bated to buy this vehicle and lied to on the certification. Within the day of purchase I experienced problems like the software being 2 years old on the infotainment system which made my screen glitch, backup camera not working... Lane assist not working... Heated seats don't work.... Knocking in the engine when reversing... Horrible wind noise in the driver side... This is just a few. When I discuss these concerns in detail to the manager John, I get a one word reply, "Yep.". Absolutely unacceptable. My insurance said I had to choose a shop to have the car towed to, and since I am not from the area, I just chose the closest one. Well, little did I know that I would be greeted by very kind staff who went overboard with helping me out of a bad situation. My car didn't get to the shop until late that day, but they had gotten it back together good enough the next morning where I could finish my trip safely and take care of the rest of the insurance issues when I got to my destination. I realize I was lucky- not everyone can resume their trip in their own car the day after an accident.
