Every single year for 4 years. When I tried to register him for this years after school program he informed me I was too late because they were full. My question is, where is his customer loyalty? I've never had a problem with him before so there was no reason for him not to want my son back. On a completely different note, my wife found his facility a bit unclean, disorganized, and unstructured.
