I've been going to the El Monte location and love it. Their customer service is friendly and patient if you have many questions. They would recommend me to test the pods out there just in case they don't work and they don't accept refunds once out of the store. I was getting my nails done in this plaza and saw jungle vape so immediately walked in, and regretted it. The female employee didn't greet or acknowledge me, when I had questions she acted like I was so inconvenient so I totally forgot to ask to test the pods and now one of them do not work and they don't accept refunds. I couldn't find a female piece at any other smoke shop and they were able to hook me up with with a Bear Quarts at a killer price . I've been going to the Jungle Smoke & Vape in El Monte since they opened the shops are always clean and they used to carry the best quality. I'm not sure if they changed owners or maybe franchise in different cities but this specific location is horrible. The store is cleanish but the customer service is terrible. And the selection is minimal at best. Half the store is just a convince store at this point. The guy with the hoodie is so lazy and rude. Idk his name but definitely loose good money bc of it. Can't even be bothered to show you the goods, why would I spend good money bc they're on the pricy side for a new set up to a guy who can't even be bothered, throwing random numbers at you. The service in this place has gotten worse and worse, but I decided to give them one last shot. I came in to buy a banger that was glass. This man did not package or even bag the glass and outside of the door I crashed into my friend and dropped the banger so it shattered on the businesses doormat. He had full video from the surveillance camera showing what had happened, but still refused to exchange the bank for one that wasn't broken. He threatened to call the cops. He said I was trespassing all along, knowing that they sell illegal unlicensed marijuana products. I wish he would've just helped me and been compassionate rather than calling the cops. Girl was nice but all their brand products like Stiiizy are fake! As soon as they tell you the price, it's a red flag because it's so cheap! lol I still gave them a chance and bought a 40's Stiiizy 2G blunt for $15! Unfortunately, I didn't open it until after I had left, the seal is obviously glued back on. The blunt is not filled up all the way like they always are and the weed it's and wax inside blunt is dark AF and taste like shit! Smells good before you spark it but it is filled with low quality weed and oil. All their Stiiizy items have been scanned already, my product was scanned four times previously, they are using old real packaging with fake product. You can tell they polka dot glued the seal back shut and put some kind of scratch off paint over the QR barcode. Maybe their tobacco products are good but big brand THC products and batteries they have are used or fake! You get what you pay for. read more

I find very odd and quite suspicious how the review from Jack O. was so contrary towards one employee. This shop doesn't even carry Heddy glass. Also that employee never uses his name he always goes by Don. I'm quite sure Jacks two dollar a week paper purchase won't be quite a loss if he never comes back. But what's even more distasteful is Jack is responsible for selling the previous management the weed that they would sell and smoke in the shop. And for Jack to make the assumption that this employee doesn't smoke was made because Don was more professional and knew better than to smoke during business hours. If the owner is wise he should have been happy with somebody that would try to upsell and was literate in all types of glass even the ones they don't carry. Not only was Don the only one who welcomed you but he took the time to shake your hand and could fix a Vape or suggest a flavor or brand and knew which type of CBD was best for your needs. The girl that manages in the morning is polite but has zero product knowledge and cannot make any suggestions.The guy in the evening is either high or has zero personality and zero knowledge of the products they carry and is only interested in his friends who come to chill and smoke with him behind the counter. I was sad to hear Dons no longer with them and I hope it wasn't due to the malicious storytelling Jack told. Been collecting American Heady glass for a long time and have been coming here for my papers since they opened, I recently noticed they had a new hire on and when I went in there we had a little chat I believe his name was Julio, I felt very disrespected about the way he was talking about my glass collection, he was a know it all who would talk down on customers even tho he doesn't smoke himself. Would not come back here from this past experience with the new hire on. Also I noticed when I pulled up he was outside smoking with a family member, any thing I wanted to buy he would try to upsell.
