Came in today for some cbd oils. My regular shop was closed so I figured I would try them out. The parking is not the best as it is a small plaza, but conveniently located next to a donut shop... Anyhow they have a wide range of products and service is friendly. The oils here were almost $10 more expensive than my regular shop. They always had what I needed and a good selection of products for good prices but only now am I realizing that I didn't go there for the selection and good prices, I went there for the customer service! Late on this review, but this allowed me more time to leave better feedback for my purchase. First, let's begin before my purchase. I was looking for a smoke shop where I can purchase the all-new Volcano Hybrid. I called about 6 shops looking for the product before I contacted Smokey and not a single one had it. Most were willing to special order it for me, but none to the service and satisfaction of the owner, Cave. He was able to get the Volcano within 2 days. Wow!! Most shops were telling me 2 weeks. Not only was Cave able to get the Volcano at a reduced waiting time, but he was also to beat out the competition at a reduced price compared to everyone else. He was very well mannered on the phone and personally contacted me as soon as my package came in. I could not be happier with the service provided and the product. So, here's my story: I went in about 2 weeks ago to buy a ego twist battery, got a case, a tank and a charger with it for about $42. The problem is the battery quit working about 2 weeks in. So, Friday I go over there and tell the guy working there what happened and he gave me a replacement! Definitely bought my loyalty with that one! I use to be a regular, I definitely won't be back. I walked out the store, realized the product was damaged and immediately turned around to ask for a replacement. I wasn't even upset that the product was damaged, but when asking the owner for a replacement he whispered under his breathe "Great what did you do." Remember, I had just bought the item, what could I have done in the last 2 minutes? They sold me a damaged product, blamed me, fought with me for like 5 minutes and was finally like "Here just take it and go." Came in to buy a battery for my wax-cartridge only to be swindled out of what I thought was a good deal. I was sold on (what I thought was a $14 battery) the associate then suggested 7 other batteries all with different prices.
