VERY wide selection of popular disposable vape brands and sizes I have never seen anywhere ells. A good amount of water pipes and other smoking apparatus at each price tier. And all the usual smoke/vape shop items found at most other shops all at or BELOW MSRP and world class service from the friendly girls behind the counter. Would avoid at all cost! Shop is a fraud. Went in to buy a elfbar, paid in advance and ask the owner if it's okay to open the box to test if the device would work. He said sure "all our elfbar are authentic". After opening a brand new box in front of him I tried it and it didn't have any flavor. Handed it over to the owner and he tried it himself and said "it must be a bad one" and he insisted me to try another brand other than elfbar and I did in fact tried the other brand didn't like any of it so I decided to go back to elfbar asking to try another new unboxed elfbar and this time it had the flavor but no nicotine this time. Told him I wanted a refund because I wasn't satisfied with any of the selection and he told me because the device wasn't defective he cannot do refunds...... After an OK experience at the smoke shop, I wrote a review to express my disappointment with the things I left with. I was confused on what I bought and how to use them. Peter could see my frustration and took no time to intervene. He understood that I wasn't too informed on the products that I left with and really wanted to make it right. I expressed that I was the one that chose the items, but despite this, Peter was motivated to improve my experience. Not only did he invite me back to his store to answer any questions I had, he also offered me some products that would make my experience a great one! It is a lost art: Peter obviously cares about his customers, and I wish more business owners shared his enthusiasm for great customer service. The employee that helped me this afternoon was also very sweet and caring. She took her time in making sure I was well taken care of. The cigar selection was limited. The woman behind the counter wasn't very knowledgeable. The cigars were dry and the wrappers cracked when I cut the cigars. To top things off, the cigars were overpriced. Go elsewhere. read more

I've driven past this smoke shop for years and finally decided to check it out today. They have a nice selection and a variety in such a small space. From the major needs to the little accessories. I enjoyed walking into and looking at what they had to offer. The woman working was welcoming and answered my questions and even suggested new product I hadn't known had been available, but the fact that she listened to what I was looking for and promptly showed me where to look for it is what made me walk out happy. Went into this shop last week during the week small shop but had awesome prices. I went into their to buy a hookah hose. But since they just opened they hadn't gotten all their goods in yet. But the guy behind the counter was super nice and helpful thanks Peter. I ended up buying a hookah bowl grenade. It was only $8 or so. I used the bowl since a couple of times and it works really good. So check them out and ask Peter. That hookah grenade is my favorite bowl no doubt it rips big clouds and what I like it fits on my travel hookah (silicone) and my big shika legend. Oh they sell the silicone hookahs here. Good way to invest in something small to see if you like it. Check them out and they are pretty late. read more

Store opens at 11. It was still closed at 11:30. I waited 10 mins longer. There was a group of unsavory people in front. Gave me a real bad vibe. We have a meth probably in this city. Looks like this shop is enabling it to its finest. Got in there just to grab my stuff and jam. Sure enough their card machine wasn't online. Wasting my time some more. It's very sketch there.
