It was against a concrete wall which made the grinding very difficult. They had to return multiple times. But they never complained and kept coming back as promised, and at no additional charge. I also had them remove a very large crepe Myrtle that was worse than bamboo at coming back to life. Since then I gave them another bamboo on the opposite side of my garden. Then some very tall birds of paradise. Everything needed more than one treatment, as they were so established. Chris was always so understanding, friendly, and honest. I'm very happy to support and recommend a company that stands behind its work.
