The hotel is located in a good spot with a lot of restaurants and grocery. There is a lift that can fit 2 people. Checkin Process: checkin process is quick and easy. Cleanliness: the rooms are pretty clean, you can tell that this a new hotel cause everything is new. The rooms are huge, not sure if all the rooms are big like that but ours is way to big. Lol Beds: the bed are soft and well maintained. The sofa bed is huge too. Bathroom: it is clean and bigger than the usual. It was taped as "sanitized" so they really clean well. Kitchen: there is a kitchen!! Yes haha you can cook and eat in the dining area. You will feel at home! Service: they were kind. They offer tours too if you want to inquire. I felt safe Restaurants: there is a restaurant beside and has 10% off! Will probably stay here again when I visit Prague! The rooms are big and clean! Great location with a lot of restaurants!

That said, The Royal Court Apartments' staff were also my first impression of the Czech people. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Asya at the front desk was so helpful in getting us settled into our room and continued through out our stay to be a wealth of information about tours, things to see, and recommendations for anything. Our room was gorgeous! Not only was it visually appealing, but the room had AC and lots of little amenities. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and did a great job making our room look fresh after a long day of sightseeing Prague. This place has serious value from this traveler's perspective. Service at this Andaz Hotel was top notch! Every step from check-in to check-out was flawless. Upon arrival, we were offered drinks. I only wanted water, but appreciated the offer for alcoholic beverages. It turned that we were eligible for an upgrade, so we got a larger corner room. The room was clean and modern, like a well-kept upscale European apartment. I almost did not want to leave the hotel room. Breakfast was steep at CZK950 per person. We had Hyatt Guest of Honor vouchers, so it was free for us. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Not only was there a selection of a fancy kitchen-prepared entrees (eggs benedict, French toast, omelet, avocado toast, or almond porridge), it also included an additional buffet and drinks. The hot chocolate was delicious. On the day of departure, we had to leave at 6AM before breakfast was open, but the staff packaged a breakfast box with avocado toast and fruit for us. We probably would not have paid for breakfast without the vouchers: it was excellent, but not worth CZK950 per person. There was free cocktail hour for guests from 5-6PM. If you skip room cleaning, you get a voucher for an additional free drink at the bar at any time. Did the free upgrade and free breakfast skew my overall experience from the beginning? Maybe.

Conveniently located within footsteps of the tram lines and the Národní Tridá metro station. Popular sites, like Charles Bridge and Staré Mesto (Old Town), are about 2 to 3 metro stops away, about a 10 minute walk. Hotel is charming! Walking through the halls is like walking down the cobblestone street. Cute decor. I got a single room - pretty decent sized, awesome deep tub in the shower. Bed is also decent sized (a queen? Maybe a double). To note, the mattress is FIRM!!!! as in no give lol It didn't bother me but if you like soft mattresses, be aware. Breakfast was included and room rate versus value was really good - especially considering I stayed the week of New Year's Eve (for less than €90 per night). Apart from breakfast, I had dinner a couple times in the Garden Elite restaurant. It was tasty and the staff throughout was very pleasant. The hotel does offer spa services which I have not taken advantage of. Because of the location it is a little bit of a hot-spot on the weekends so you can hear people partying in the street outside well into the early hours of the morning - at least on my side I could; my room was on the street side. On regular weekdays it was not bad. I quite enjoyed my stay here.

They even helped me mail my postcards from there. Fun fact: you must pay in cash for stamps and public transportation in the Czech Republic. No credit cards!! Since I thought I could buy them at the hotel, I had no more cash left! Thankfully we figured out a way since I had purchased a water in Euros and get change back in Czech currency to buy my stamps. The cleaning women were really polite and friendly, which is unusual. They cheerfully said good morning to me as I was leaving my room in the am. I know that's a small tough, but after other more unfriendly places, I thought this spoke to the hotel's good service. The Room: The room was spacious for European standards and very clean. The lights turn on by sliding the lights card into the slot (you don't need to use your own room card). The bathroom was also big and very clean. Only con was that the bathtub was super slippery and there was no grip mat or anything to hold onto. They give you only the basics: soap and body wash/shampoo, so bring your own lotion. Water and snacks are also provided in the room for a small fee. The Breakfast: Breakfast buffet is included with your room. I wish I'd taken pictures!! They had an awesome spread from an omelette bar to ordering a custom omelette. They had 3 types of yogurt and fruit, and a meat/cheese/veggie platter. The best part were ALL THE PASTRIES and traditional Czech pies and schtrudel they had. Beautiful display with explanations for what everything was. They had a ton of different kinds of tea, coffee and juice. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel based on the amazing breakfast. Restaurant: People who book on Expedia get a discount at the restaurant next door. I didn't go, so can't review it. The Noise: The only con is that the pipes seem to transmit all the sounds from every bathroom in the building. Bring earplugs for sleep and you'll be fine. But if you're a very light sleeper, this may not be your hotel. Final verdict: I loved this hotel. It's in a good location with a 20 minute walk just about anywhere and was at a great price. It felt safe and was clean. I'd stay here again next time.

First of all, the suites are huge. You could do back flips and cartwheels across the living room. Each suite has a kitchenette, fully equipped with cookware, dish soap and a dishwasher. The food in Prague is very reasonable, so we only used it to store our son's daily yogurt smoothie and our beverages. The suite also has a separate bedroom and we found our king sized bed to be very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and large as well. Wifi is free and reliable. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to the subway and trams. The hotel is not exactly in the city center, but it is very easy to get there quickly. It's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of the city because it is peaceful, quiet and you get to mingle with locals. There are many different places to shop and eat around the area. The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful. We shipped one of our luggage from Vienna to Prague, but UPS did not have the correct address. The staff was able to help us retrieve the luggage. We had a fantastic stay here and highly suggest it!

The receptionist was very nice, helpful, speaks great English. She accommodated an extra person in one of the apartments. The apartments are huge, way bigger than I expected. Mine consisted of spacious kitchen that opens up to living room with TV and big couch that another person can sleep on. Then a bedroom with closet and it led to another small bedroom that another 2 people could sleep in. My apartment could easily accommodate up to 6 people. There's a small elevator in the building in case you don't want to take stairs. The proximity to public transportation is amazing. 5 min walk to metro that takes you all around Prague. Staff is fantastic, just ask for any help and they will provide whatever you need. There are 2 small restaurants right outside the hotel but if you want, a short walk will take you to more places. I highly recommend this place due to reasonable prices, proximity to metro, cleanliness, friendliness of staff.

And while I indicated my bedsheets should be changed while I was staying here, they obviously weren't. The upside, the hotel breakfast is actually very good with my options. It's within walking distance of the Florenc metro stop which can get you into the city center very quickly and cheaply. Also I thought the hotel staff were incredibly sweet and kind, they really made an impact on me. I wouldn't stay here again for the price point, I'd rather be closer to the city center. But I can see how it works fine for travel companies.
