From the moment we arrived, Serafima at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her warmth, professionalism, friendliness, and incredible attention to detail were remarkable. We were celebrating our anniversary, and she made such a thoughtful effort to make the occasion feel extra special. It wasn't simply good customer service; it was genuine hospitality. Serafima provided the kind of personalized, attentive service that is becoming increasingly rare, and she made a lasting impression on both of us. Our room was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything about our stay reflected a high level of care and attention to the guest experience. A hotel can have a beautiful property, but it is the people who ultimately make a stay memorable, and Serafima certainly did that for us. Hotel Caesar Prague is very fortunate to have her. It is also clear that there must be an incredible management team behind the scenes to create a culture where this level of hospitality and service is encouraged. Thank you to Serafima and the entire Hotel Caesar Prague team for making our anniversary celebration so special. We left Prague with wonderful memories, and your hotel will forever be part of them. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Opening the door to the room was a difficult time, it took almost 12 tries every time and had to get new keys twice during our stay for three days. Grand Hotel Bohemia is beautiful! I booked this hotel months in advance on Chase Travel. The moment…read moreI stepped through the entrance after traveling by train from Vienna, I was instantly wowed by the beautiful spacious lobby with couches and chandeliers and water dispenser with orange slices for guests. Check-in was smooth, and I was assigned to Room 308. The 7am breakfast buffet here is complimentary, Pros: 1. Felt immersed in its beauty and luxury the moment I stepped in. 2. Complimentary 7am breakfast buffet. My favorites among the breakfast selections were perfectly jammy fried eggs, beef broth, smoked herring fillets, chia seed pudding, soft pretzel, blueberry yogurt, and this tiny cake with ridged edges that I forget the name of but I liked it. 3. Walking distance to pretty much just about everything I wanted to do in Prague, right in front of the Powder Tower, and just a few minutes away from the Astrological Clock Tower! 4. Walking distance from the Prague train station. 5. Even though the bathroom was kind of cramped, it was pristine and the shower was very nice and had a tub. 5. Had drinking water dispenser in the lobby 6. Great staff 7. Complimentary tea 8. Robes and slippers 9. Comfy bed 10. Clean and comfortable 11. Smooth check-in and check-out 12. They held my backpack after I checked out so that I could explore Prague some more until it was time for me to head to the airport. Cons: 1. Room was cramped and small 2. The mirror light in the bathroom could have been brighter 3. Could have had proper space to brew tea 4. The lockbox could have been on a lower shelf so that I (a petite woman) didn't have to jump up and see what I put in it.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and the decorations fit the hotel's architectural time frame. We loved all the fine porcelain dishes and crystal they used in the dining area. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. They had lattes, champagne, juices and coffee. Large selection of cheeses, meats, yogurt, fruit, soup, eggs, potatoes, sausages and pastries. Being gluten-free I was able to find many foods I could eat. We enjoyed watching people stroll on the streets while we ate our breakfast. I loved all the little subtle touches the staff provided. One morning a got a cute "Good morning" with my name written on the porcelain saucer. Literally made me day. The front desk was really good with recommendations for a lot of our needs. The hotel was also in a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again.

Perfectly located just on the other side of the bridge (near Mala Strana side). There are beautiful views of the Charles Bridge from the room that is really quaintly decorated with a rustic chic vibe. 15 minute walk and you're in the heart of Old Town in front of the clock tower. The workers were super friendly and maid service was done fairly prompt each day (although one day, I snoozed too long and my room wasn't made that day). Definitely recommend this hotel!

There was a French music/food/wine festival going on outside the hotel that was great. We opened the windows and heard great music the whole time we were in the room. Except at night they didn't play music late. The hotel is the perfect location. You can jump on the Charles Bridge and go into the old town or you can wander the streets behind the hotel and go up to the castle. It is all in walking distance. You can also go around the hotel and sit by the river which is a nice experience. The staff was nice. They even removed the expense of one of our nights at the hotel cause our flight got delayed and we missed the first night. I would go back again for sure!

Restaurant for dinner is yummy, I had the burger, Husb had risotto we enjoyed. Breakfast Buffet is ok stuff kinda grumpy; bar drinks At least those I had were not good, beer was good tho. I couldn't sleep a wink the entire night, it was like laying on a board. I complained to the hotel the next morning and asked for a mattress pad, which to their credit, they put on that day. Unfortunately that was not nearly enough. My back and shoulders (side sleeper) were a mess. They offered to move us to their sister hotel, but the reviews on that one had the same problem. We left 2 days early because we hadn't slept. They refused to refund us for the unused days. We paid for a service, which is to provide a comfortable place to sleep, and they did not even remotely provide that. Other issues: - The A/C ran all night, right over the bed, and sounded like a jet taking off, even ear plugs weren't sufficient. - The toilet seat just fell off! - The shower is a typical European hand wand with only a tiny glass barrier, so the whole (tiny) bathroom gets soaked when you try to shower. The shower is also in a raised tub that you have to climb into that is very slippery. I'm an athletic guy, and I had to be careful. This would be extremely dangerous for the elderly or infirm.
