I was texting him three or more times a week to set up another appointment. After six/seven weeks I gave up. The lack of customer service is appalling. All that water got in my car and my seat and car floor were absolutely drenched. There was also a nasty smell. I sent a message to multiple business on yelp and Ahmed from Top Shelf was one of the first to reply and even gave me an estimate. He also let me know that the smell is most likely mold forming and he wasn't going to charge for the drying part of the process. He was only going to charge for the shampoo and biohazard part. It was originally going to be a 24 hour process but there was much more water than expected so it took longer than I would've liked. But the job was done properly and that's what's important and Ahmed kept his estimate price the same when he charged me.
