I got the #2 for $44. I arrived just before 2pm and left 3:30pm. I received an exterior wash, tire shine, interior vacuum, dashed wiped and windows cleaned. I these services were well done. The waiting room was warm, no a/c running and no tv to past the time on my visit. This was my first visit since before covid and I don't recall prices being as steep then as now. I recall back then after 10 visits you get a free basic wash but not now. Needs to add a senior discount. read more

Came in to have a new vehicle cleaned and asks for a #1 because the inside was already clean. I normally get a #2 for my other vehicle, which cost more but this one wasn't necessary. The guy washing my truck did a 1/2 pick job, skipping over large sections while wiping it down with soap . He then asked me to pull forward to dry the truck off . I waited patiently until he said he was finished and at that time time I showed him where the tires and rims were never even cleaned. He said something to the owner in Spanish and walked away. I told the owner about my problem and he said the worker wasn't going to do my truck anymore because I "COMPLAIN"too much , and that he was trying to go home. I asked the owner if tires and rim cleaning come with #1 service. He said"yes". I showed him the tires and rims on my truck and showed him where the old , dirty tire shine was still on each tire and all rims were still filthy. The OWNER said if you put a really thick tire shine on your tires , then they are not going to take the extra time needed to clean them for a #1 service. Note : the #1 service is the cheapest option available. Basically, we're not going to waist our time trying to do what you're paying for because it's not worth it. He then asked me what I wanted him to do, as if it was out of his hands. While shrugging his shoulders, he asked me to let him clean them. That gave me the impression that he was in agreement with the employee to not waste time doing a proper job on my vehicle because it was a #1 service and not worth the time. I paused briefly and said " it's quite alright, what do I owe you. The owner said nothing as he knew I was very upset. I will not be returning to this establishment for my car wash and my wife and son won't be coming back either. He just lost 3 customers that have been coming for years over some dirty rims and tires they refused to clean . The service use to be excellent but now it's horribly bad. The owner has a very nonchalant, arrogant, dismissive attitude. The prices are also getting way too high for the horrible job you receive. No use complaining because nothing will be done to accommodate your needs. After all, why should we complain about dirty wheels and rims that we are paying to have cleaned and there not BEING CLEANED!!! With overpriced, horrible , half ass car wash businesses like this, I'll take my money and all 3 of my vehicles elsewhere. Especially when the owner obviously doesn't care about the customers, he just wants your money. Came in to get my car cleaned. Asked for option number 2. Guy tried selling me "interior super clean". When I declined the offer, he refused to service my car. My back seats had mud stains from my dog rolling in the mud. I wasn't asking for seats to be washed, just have my interior vacuumed, because that's what $40 option #2 offered. Well, I share part of the blame since I figured they washed my car, cleaned the insides & outsides of the windows & cleaned the tires but, I did not look over the outside of the car. Also, when I was in the waiting room there were 2 gentlemen in there yet my name was called first, I should have been suspicious. When I first arrived a young woman said she needed to look at the inside of my car. Dog hair on the carpet so they couldn't vacuum the carpet . I'd need to agree to detailing. Asked how much that would be, answer:$234. I asked about just washing the car & cleaning the windows inside & out:$34. I agreed to have it done. After I paid & went out to my car it seemed clean, the tires were wet, the windows were finally clean inside & out so, I drove to my next destination. When I went to get some things out of my trunk I saw some spots, some familiar spots. Spit on my finger & rubbed on a spot, pfft it's gone. Scrape with my fingernail, pfft, it's gone. All around my car on the trunk lid, the doors & hood of my car are thiese little spots that if you hand washed & rubbed the car they would have been gone. I paid $34 to get my tires wet & my windows cleaned. I feel I was robbed. I have 2 friends (1 has passed)that use plaza hand car wash all the time & praise them. Thursday, August 4, 2022 was in the 90's & everyone was hot. Not a good reason to hoodwink an older woman. Why didn't I go back & complain? They were closed. Later in the evening it rained, no point in going back. I plan to find another place that washes cars. read more

Had this place on my list for a while to check out, and I was not disappointed! I can see why folks were lined up before 9am to get their cars washed. Thorough hand wash on the car including wheel woolies and brushes for the wheels and tires Vacuumed the interior, washed the floor mats and got my ride gleaming for the holiday. Then he sarcastically said he doesn't give time estimates for cleaning, he could have my car for a year or more. WTF? So I went to a place half mile away on reisterstown rd and northern parkway. A few cars were already being cleaned when I arrived after 10am on a Thursday morning and I was pleasantly surprised that I was the only car waiting. They moved the cars along quickly without compromising the quality of their work. I was completely satisfied with the job and will definitely return. Next time I was in my Yelp app, there was a message from Dominic Business Manager with phone number to call them and they will make it right. I gave them a call. They responded excilently. I went there to see them. The tall guy with native English tongue whom I didn't remember his name was very professional. He explained that whatever happened was nobody's fault. So, he would give me Dam good reason to modify my review on Yelp. So, he did. My car smells and feels brand new. Thanks to you. I would be always recommending people to experience the excellent service from Plaza. For the other non English native speaker who was there in my first visit in Plaza and was present in second visit, tried to play blame game with me but the tall guy took over him. This was my second time coming here. The first time was during the summer. There was a line going into the gas station but Dominic was really nice. I wanted a full interior detail but because they were so busy, it couldn't be done. Instead, Dominic recommended an exterior wash, interior vacuum and console dressing. Took about an hour. My car looked great. Told him I'd definitely be back to do the interior detail. Second time around - Sam helped me. I wanted to get my mats/seats/headliner shampooed. Because time was an issue, Sam helped me get the most out of my dollars. I did a wash, driver mat shampoo, seat shampoo, and used my free body wax! I only had a small spot on my headliner and Sam said he would take care of it on the house! It took about an hour and my car looked great, again! Will definitely be coming again and again and recommending this place to others. read more

I went camping right after the rains here in Baltimore. Needless to say my van was covered in mud and dust from all the offroading inside and out. It sat and caked on it for a week before I was able to get to the car wash. With a #4 package I was not expecting it to come completely clean, but they did a great job. First time here was good even though not very thorough for nearly $50, the second time was great with about 3 people working on my car, the last time however (after I declined detailing) the car was done in about 15 minutes and still had crumbs on the back seat from my kids before the car got "washed", there was still dirt on the bumper and they didn't do a thorough job at all. I was randomly searching for a car wash because I was in the area and saw that I had 20 minutes to get here before it closed. I arrived just in time as some disgruntled employees were in disgust and using profanity because they thought they were done washing cars for the day. This place deserves 5-stars however, this was the only issue. Supervisor Dominiq came out to help assist with what they had to offer including the prices since this was my first time. I even checked in on Yelp and received the free wax deal. Let's just say he took care of me, my ride was throughly clean, and he even threw in a vanilla air freshener on the house in which I really like. This place is such a POS car wash! They would not wash my car because there was dirt on a quarter of my hood and on my windshield! Isn't the goal to take dirty cars to get cleaned at a car wash? I told the guy which option I wanted and he continued to say negative to me in a jokingly fashion! He said if I wanted to get my car washed I had to pay the options that were 80-90 bucks, or to go wash my car somewhere Else and then return! Wtf! Literally denied me service because a little bit of dirt was on my car? Will never go back here and def don't recommend anyone going here. I wasn't real happy with my wash the last time I was there. The guys drying it down either rubbed too hard or used gritty rags which dulled the finish. Then I had to supervise the touch ups once it got outside the garage. Too much money for such an inexperienced wash staff. They need someone training & supervising to get a better result. A handwashing is supposed to be safer on a finish. No longer do I agree with that unless I do it myself. read more

I took my mom's car there for a hand wash, because I just recently got a car for my mom from Carmax. The car looked good off the lot, but Plaza Car Wash made that car look even better! Since her car looked so good, I decided to bring my car over for a wash and wax. My car is 1 yr old, and I wanted some wax before winter. Once again, they made my car look brand new. This is a great place to get your car hand washed. The staff either wear smocks to wash the vehicles, this ensures you will not get any scratches from jean rivets, shirt buttons, belt buckles, etc. If you purchase the inside/outside service, you will not be disappointed. Your car will be clean inside out and will look like it rolled off the showroom floor. I purchase one of the booklets and receive a free car wash at the end....well worth it.
