Dave, the owner, has a very rude and unprofessional attitude and does not communicate effectively with customers. Before picking up my car, I called to ask for an update. His response was dismissive, saying, "Do you know there was an accident?" While I understand repairs take time, as a customer I am entitled to reasonable updates about my vehicle. When I came to pick up my car a few weeks later, I immediately noticed several issues. The gas light was on, showing less than 20 miles of gas, even though the car had gas when it was dropped off. During the test drive, the ABS and traction control lights were on--issues that were not present before the accident. I returned the car to the shop right away. After checking it themselves, they confirmed the lights were on and said they would look into it. When I returned again to pick up the car, I calmly asked Dave why the car had no gas. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he responded sarcastically, asking if I thought someone was driving my car around the city--which I never implied. I simply wanted an explanation, as picking up a car with almost no gas is unacceptable.

I've been going here for quite some time now and the service is very consistent, hence my review took so long. I observe for a while and then, I put pen to paper. The mechanics knows what they are doing and they don't second guess themselves. 2. The owner (Dave) is very friendly and knowledgeable guy and his sister (Anita) is basically the backbone of the company, she handles and run the business very efficient and smooth like car oil. You can also asked them anything and don't matter how busy they are, they'll always make time to try and help you or give you their undivided attention to lead you in the right direction. 4. They don't lie after diagnosing a problem either, they tell you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle, some other mechanic might fabricate or exaggerate a problem just to make extra money on you. Many times I wanted to fix things that I thought were bad and they quickly brought me back to reality, saying that "this is money you don't need to spend because there was nothing wrong with your car, it was just a minor fix" and it turned out to be true. 5.
