David was our point of contact, and he was absolute perfection from start to finish. We had storm damage, they patched a leak same day and got on the roof mid-weather to help us out. Once the contract was signed, Jeff always showed up early, clean and respectful about the neighbors property. Charged $4800 to clean out our septic and leech field. Same problem two weeks later. Came out and refused to warranty anything and even blamed it on the rain. Didn't do it during the heat wave, so rain is not it. They were rude and refused to even further discuss it. Just drove off. Highly rude and unprofessional. I tried to communicate. The rude Daughter just walked off during the conversation. I even asked her to just calm down and have a conversation about it. $4800 is a lot of money for the same problem to persist after the service is done. I was referred any a builder friend who said they should warranty their work. They were full of nothing but excuses. I left them know I'd have to seek legal recourse. She just said "go ahead".

It would've taken us months to get rid of all the cardboard waiting on recyclable trash days so we decided to hire the job out. In addition to taking our recyclables, he took some old bulky kids toys and some old baseboards for us. He was in and out in what felt like less than 30 mins. We booked a week in advance though he gave us open availability sooner. We had originally been quoted somewhere in the 180 range, but ended up filling a quarter of the trailer and with bulkier items than expected, which brought us up to 225ish ( all of this pricing was very transparent from the beginning which I greatly appreciated). Will 100% use again.
